Lovely dinner

I had dinner at this place solo. The staff recommended some wine pairings that were spectacular. I don't normally drink red wine but this was amazing. Yes, service is slow-- but this gives you time to enjoy your surroundings and listen to the wonderful music. My order came out about 45 minutes... read more

We had a platter for four with a selection of meats, seafood and vegetables to cook ourselves on portable BBQ on the outdoor terrace. Food was nice, but nothing special. Service was minimalist. With seven draft beers (at ¥1,000 a pop) it set us back about ¥34,000 (about AUD$370). Way overpriced for what we got.

We were arranged by travel agency to have dinner in this restaurant on 14/6/2014. This restaurant has very good night view in the evening. However the service was very bad. All of us ordered the set dinner at 7.30pm. Cold water was served at 7.50pm after we kept requests for it. At 8pm, they served us the starter – two... More

Tho open half hour later for bkfst on 2 nd floor of Nikko hotel This restaurant also open for bkfst later or, until until 11 almost lunch, Great option when ocean dining with a view is not open & more quiet and personalized service without the screaming kids throwing tantrums... Smaller version of a viability of foodies & staff appears... More

The food was okay. Service is okay. I expected better especially in a five star hotel. View is beautiful especially during the night or evening hours. We had to ask for bread which we thought unusual because there was a bread plate setting. Perhaps if we went early evening the service would have been better.

I felt this going wrong from the minute our waiter took our order. My wife did the ordering and ordered two appetizers and to main courses. We had different appetizers, but the main courses were the same(beef cheeks). Our waiter didn't do anything wrong except let us wait for a few minutes to long to take our order, so it... More

Perfect steak, delicious mash! The Lackey, Shiraz from Clare Valley Australia was a ripper! Polite, attentive service. On the weekends they have live classical music, lovely!

Staying in Odaiba / Shiodome / Shinbashi

Neighborhood Profile
Odaiba / Shiodome / Shinbashi
Odaiba is an entertainment hotspot with a giant ferris wheel, concert halls, amusement arcades and lots of shopping. It also boasts Oedo-onsen-monogatari, a hotspring that recreates old Edo-era ambiance and is very popular with foreign visitors. Shiodome has ultra-modern office buildings where you can often find restaurants with a great high-rise view of Tokyo. The neighboring area of Shinbashi is a district of much older commercial buildings and it's a great place to join 'salary men' enjoying a drink and snacks at street stalls under the railway bridges after work.
