Seryna is a must try experience. Honestly speaking, this place is wayyyyy too expensive for my income. But you get what you pay for here. You won't get better kobe beef than at Seryna. I tried both versions, the shabu-shabu and the steak version of kobe beef. Honestly, I'm glad we tried both because I liked the steak style and... More

The crab shabu shabu was highly recommended and we were not disappointed. Another highlight was the sashimi. All the food was beautifully presented. Impeccable service. Interesting interior...evocative of a set from 'You Only Live Twice' the late 60's James Bond movie set in Japan. Very cool! It is expensive.

Seryna has been a favorite restaurant especially when my husband and I are in Tokyo. We have been there when they were cooking the steak on a hot, volcanic stone. This time around, they used a grill, and when we asked them why they have stopped using the hot, volcanic stone, they said, "it took longer to cook the steak."... More

This is our favourite shabu-shabu restaurant and obligatory stop on our first day in Tokyo. The crab for the shabu-shabu is peeled and ready for dipping in the stock. The beef is just the right thickness not to disintegrate in the cooking pot. Just what we need to help us get over the jet lag. And so - happily satisfied... More

Recommended as a good place to entertain important clients, including American and Japanese, Seryna Ginza did not disappoint. Expensive? Yes. Decor? So, so. Service? Excellent. Food? Delicious and well presented. I'm not a sushi officianado, but enjoyed all of the offerings. The summer roll with crab was sublime. In fact, all of the crab dishes were wonderful, particularly the crab... More

I live in Tokyo and went to Seryna with friends who wanted to try kobe beef on the last day of their visit to Japan. While the food was nice and the service kind, it was far from enough to justify the 18'500 yen (220+ USD) per person we paid for a kobe beef shabushabu set menu and a couple... More

Had a great business dinner with delicious foods cooked in front of us. Meat was some of the most tender I've had in JP outside of Kobe.

This restaurant was recommended by our hotel's concierge after we asked for a place located close to the Park Hyatt, as we wanted to go there for cocktails and didn't have pre-selected restaurants that we wanted to try in that area; the Hyatt is a bit off on its own in Roppongi. Overall, we were underwhelmed by the food, which... More
