One of the best meals in my life! Not only food, but interior, garden, service - I felt like a prince there! Nothing to complain about :) Just to come back there soon!

Great atmosphere with beautiful Japanese gardens and the food was also very good. Lunch was around US60 which I felt it was a well worth afternoon. Attached to the Tokyo Tower.

set in a traditional japanese setting- gardens, the seating and building. we had the "moon" course - set for autumn. excellent service and delicious food. a good dining experience- this does cater to large groups so the only downside we had was a very large and surprisingly ( for japan) noisy group next door to our cabin.. but overall enjoyed... Tourist trap at 100€ per person. Plain taste. Pre cooked dishes. This is not what one would expect from a restaurant with this kind stature and location. On a positive note the staff was extremely friendly.

We tried for a lunch. Meals and service are very nice. Enjoyed a little tour of the building when we arrived and a walk in a traditional Japanese garden after the meal. So peaceful right in the middle of Tokyo. Will definitely try it again and would recommend especially to overseas visitors.

Just at the corner of Tokyo tower, you will be able to time slip approximately 100years. Wonderful surrounding, yummy dinner we enjoyed. We felt as we were inside of Samurai movie.

This is one of the best restaurants that I've been in Japan. Their most famous dish is Tofu, however, their traditional Japanese set was all so yummy. You can feel the difference when you enter the restaurant from entrance, a whole team of staff welcomed you and with this first class service, you feel you're the most VIP there. Traditional... More

Traveled in Japan near the end of March, 2014. We met fellow tourists that suggested we try the Tokyo Shiba Tofuya Ukai. They were impressed with the gardens, food and presentation. Their impression was justified on all counts. The fact that we booked at the height of the cherry blossom season only added to the "theatre of dinning" as mentioned... More

From my travel journal of my visit to Tokyo, March 30, 2014: Our reservation was for 6:30 pm at Tofuya Ukai situated just beneath the white and vermillion Tokyo Tower. As it turned out, a spectacular traditional Japanese restaurant, that took the form of a vast villa-like setting within walls, dotted with beautiful gardens and several dining pavilions. Everything was... More
