When you write eel, it sounds awful but its quite good and Nodaiwa is one of the best though now a chain of restaurants. The natural non-farm eel is excellent but pricey as most eel in Japan comes from Taiwan or China. But its expensive and the main restaurant near the Russian embassy is small like most eel pkaces.

If you are looking to try traditional Japanese Eel cuisine this is the place for you. One of the best there is with a sister branch in Paris.
