One of the most valuable hotel bar in the World. Music, cocktails, wine list, service ... exceptional

Staying at the Grand Hyatt & thought we would stop for some jazz, drinks & tapas. Food is overpriced but good. Had a couple drinks while enjoying the live music but was very displeased with the service. Unless you're ordering bottles of champagne don't bother, they won't check back on you. We would have stayed for a few hours had... More

Good music is hard to find ... Maduro is no exception. I stopped in here with some business associates after a dinner. After some problems finding the place we eventually made our way there. The setting is great, however the fact that is a Jazz bar / Cigar bar means you have to share the room with a bunch of... More

If you want to relax, listen to decent jazz and smoke cigars this is the place to go. However, you will end up smelling like smoke since this is a haven for Tokyo's chain smokers!

I went to have drinks at Maduro with 3 friends and we had a great time there. The live music was great, the setting and atmosphere were also very pleasant. While i'm not the biggest fan of Roppongi, when i'm there, it's a nice place to chill out, especially for those like me that like music.

Firstly: yes, maybe not easy to find, but if you don't manage to find it, anyhow better stay away. Secondly: better do not go there, if you cannot bear cigar smoke. However I would not agree that the ventilation/aircon is not efficient. Also the statement of one rater, that is smells of cheap cigars is just wrong. You will find... More

Like other reviewers I have to agree Maduro is very hard to find in the Grand Hyatt - two separate elevators and confusion with a wooden slab that is a door. The music is good but the cigar smoke is unbearable. Ventilation in the room is certainly a challenge. The cover charge and the price of drinks and snacks are... More

disappointing, it seems to be a top jazz club, you have to pay extra charge to have a seat. the bar seats ofwere not AVAILable. Prices ARE TOO HIGH AND IT´S REALLY worse smellling of "STINKy cigars" It looks like people are smoking very cheap cigars. I don´t understand why they allow people smoking there in this "healthy country". I... More

We were staying at the Grand Hyatt and thought we'd try it out. Sounded fun with live music, champagne, etc. Tricky to find is how another reviewer described it and I would concur. Music was ok not great. The cover charge, drink and food prices were high. We finished our drink and appetizers then left. Nice atmosphere. Better places in... More

We came accross Maduro by accident we arrived in the Grand Hyatt after dinner in Roppongi and figured they may have a nice bar to grab a drink at. We spotted Maduro on the signs in the lobby and figured we'd go there- not the easiest bar to find we had to go through 2 different elevators within the hotel... More
