Have tried few 3 stars Michelin starred restaurants before and this is the best french restaurants so far. Great ambient, food was excellent and served with nice presentation. Servers were attentive, professional and friendly too. It is worth to go if one is planning to try Michelin 3 stars french restaurant in Tokyo!

We went to La Table by Joel Robuchon tonight and it was spectacular. The food was to die for and the service was great. I know the name of the restaurant is different but location seems to be the same. Highly recommended and we've been to many restaurants around the world and this one is up there.

This is absolutely the best Robuchon restaurant in Asia. Everything from the building of the restaurant to the cutlery used were carefully planned to make sure the dinning experience was flawless. All food was cooked to perfection with lovely presentation. Staff were very professional with good knowledge of food and wine. Highly recommended to anyone who love to enjoy fine... More

Undoubtedly the best Robuchon establishment in Asia to evoke the classy European ambience. All the fan favorites are there like, crab with avocado and carvier, foie gras etc. a lot of the enjoyment derives from the impeccable service and well-procured wine cellar. We were particularly impressed by the house-baked breads, and were pleasantly surprised to be given a couple of... More

My husband and I celebrated our wedding anniversary at this amazing restaurant as we wanted to experience a 3 star Michelin restaurant and what better place to do it. We had the degustation menu which ended up being about 12 courses, plus a selection of bread and deserts from the trolley. The service was incredible, attention to detail spot on,... More

We all left completely satiated, but there was too much goodness we could only wish we had bigger stomachs. Seriously, I'd be very impressed if anybody left still feeling they have any room left in their stomach. And I'd be surprised if anybody left unimpressed! They serve all the Joel Robuchon signature e.g. the caviar starter (with crab meat and... More

This trip to Tokyo, we were so lucky to have the chance to try 3 best restaurants. We love the Chateau building. The location is great & quite easy to find. The foods being prepared by great Chef, was beyond unthinkable. A must try restaurant if you are in Tokyo.

I lived seven years in Tokyo and I had many occasions to discover different restaurants but going to Le Chateau was an experience extremely special. The dishes were beautiful visually and exquisite at the same time, the personnel perfect. And the location stunning. If you should go to one French restaurant in Tokyo, Le Chateau de Joel Robuchon is the... More

This was one of those places where the food wasn't what it was all about. I mean the food was very good and beautifully layed out and all but the service was out of this world! As far as I was concerned, the best part of the meal was the wine, starting with the extensive wine list to the knowledgeable... More

Staying in Shibuya / Harajuku / Ebisu

Neighborhood Profile
Shibuya / Harajuku / Ebisu
There are countless opportunities to shop in the Shibuya and Harajuku districts, especially in shops that focus on Japan's "Kawaii" culture. The trendiest areas are around Shibuya’s Center district, Harajuku's Takeshita-dori and in Omotesando. If you need to recharge from all the shopping, you can easily refresh yourself in Meiji Jingu or Sasaki Park. In contrast, Ebisu has a more grown up ambiance of calm and cool. At the Museum of Yebisu Beer you can learn about the beer that was responsible for the town’s name, and enjoy dining at the popular noodle shops in the surrounding area.
