Greate after visiting Tsukiji Fish Market

Sushi Zanmai offers a great variety of sushi, sashimi, fish donburi, etc. My first picture presents only a sushi menu with prices. All that I ate was very fresh and excellent in taste. I can definitely recommend a donburi that is shown on the second picture. Besides eating, you can also... read more

During my recent stay in Tokyo I ate at Sushizanmai Honjin 4 times. The food was consistently delicious. I ate sushi also at a number of other places in Tokyo, but Sushizanmai was my absolute favorite. The variety of sushi was great, and as we were seated at the bar each time, it was fun watching the chefs prepare sushi... More

I came here with my sister, it was her first time having sushi, but me..I did eat it in Italy, where we come from. Not even to compare. She said she will never have sushi back home, because she doesnt want to ruin her memory of it 😂 This was the best sushi I've had and I would recommend it... More

I got to Tokyo at least once or twice a year and a visit to Sushizanmani (the one in Tsukiji and the one in Asakusa) has become a ritual for me. Every time I travel I happen to be with friends who have never been to Tokyo before and they love this place too. My favorite is the sashimi bowl... More

I have not been to any Sushizanmai for a while and speed at the Tsukiji one after touring the market. The fish is very fresh and service fast. I was a bit disappointed that my crab miso soup was a half crab and not a whole small one. Anyways it was good value and tasty

We felt good as we were let inside. We had been up all night after flying in from the US. We were on a long layover (14+ hours) so we had a lot of time to kill. We waited for the Subway station to open shortly after 5 A.M. so were here early in the morning for breakfast. We decided... More

Being a Japanese food fan, Sushizanmai is now one of my recommendations when one is in Tokyo. It has many branches all throughout Tokyo as it originally began from a stall in the Tsukiji market. I randomly tried the branch near Shibuya at it was really great value and tasty. Comparing this to Chojiro which was highly rated in Kyoto,... More
