Splendid view and comfort‼️

In the lounge which this hotel represents, I feel that time goes by slowly calmly. The staff provides splendid accommodation even if I go when. It is good to enjoy a meal. Of course it is the best to enjoy an afternoon tea👍

Excellent! Everything is impeccable! We sat by the window. Although the weather was not good, we enjoyed the view. The tea is served by a cup, so it was nice to try all kinds of tea! The servers are always there and paying close attention. You never have to call for them. That to me is professional! Scones were hot,... More

But either way both locations are excellent. Just a great place to relax and take in the atmosphere. The room felt quite spacious and upscale.

I love that place in Tokyo. Spending a rainy afternoon, a long shopping day or a lazy evening there is just always magic. The staff is nice and again the view as everywhere (yes EVERYWHERE) is stunning. Quiet and lay-back atmosphere so no need to dress up.

We went to the Oriental Lounge for afternoon tea, but it was both to many things included and t expensive in our opinion. Instead we had one glass of sparkling wine each to celebrate birthday. When the staff found out about the birthday the brought us a big plate of chocolate cake and petit fours. That was very generous and... More

Everything about this hotel was good and as you would expect in this bracket. Everything from the welcome to the room was fantastic. The thing that impressed me most though was how they handled my wife's wheat/gluten intolerance. We just went for an afternoon snack in the lounge and mentioned this, they then produced a special sandwich for her. However... More

We are sitting in the quiet and intimate lounge 38 floors up at the Oriental Lounge, Mandarin Oriental Hotel with a meditative view of a quiet Tokyo city on a Sunday evening. The cocktail and wine list is extensive, classic old world cocktails and a reasonable wine list. I have switched the traditional martini to a Fremch Sancerre white wine... More

A really great place to go chill out have some drinks and smoke your cigars - after 5pm, the cozy space can be packed with lofty ladies having afternoon tea. But if you like proper cocktails the Mandarin Bar downstairs is the place to go.

This bar/restaurant has become my tradition on my last day in Tokyo. I sit at the window and enjoy a drink (or three) and possibly a snack before heading to the airport. I love the way you're treated, and how they welcome you. The drinks are served in an elegant manner and the snacks are usually pretty good. They also... More
