Great experience and wanted to make sure other travelers who value their time know about okame. To start, it's hard to know which is which so I'm including a picture of the awning. Sushi-dai and Daiwa-sushi next door get all the guidebook press, and have the lines to show for it. We decided against growling our stomachs for an hour, and instead found four seats immediately at Okame at 8:00 AM, no problem. It was a great decision. We went to Okame near the beginning of our 2.5-week stay in Japan, and it... More
