Not all high end restaurant in Ginza shines

Bland welcome coming from an old lady receptionist, smoking room in the first floor, got to the 2nd floor where it's quiet and smoke free. Staff is attentive, service is ok, food presentation and taste is ok.

Bland welcome coming from an old lady receptionist, smoking room in the first floor, got to the 2nd floor where it's quiet and smoke free. Staff is attentive, service is ok, food presentation and taste is ok.

We were referred by the hotel where we stayed for decent Chinese food. The food is fine except the dining experience is poor. We asked for a non-smoking area and was promptly seated. Half way through the meal, a smoker was seated right next to us.We asked the manager why this was happening. In poor English, he said the smoke... More
