We decide to give it another try during the weekends, and it was full to the brim! No seats were available for lunch, and it was only 11am! But we did ordered some baguette sandwiches to go and some eclairs. It was summer, and no ice was given for the chocolate eclairs. Luckily we were staying at Palace Hotel, nearby... More

Breakfast was so good we came back for lunch. Pasteries was really good and the steak was perfect. The toilet seat opens and closes automaticly. What more can you wish for?

Eat lunch here relatively regularly, and always have the Steak Frites which is one of the best available in Tokyo. They open at 11:30 for lunch and they get VERY busy, so book ahead as if you show up on the day you may have to wait a while to get in. The bread they make here is fantastic, they... More

The bill adds up... but this is a good place for some nice breads and pastries with a big variety of jams, honeys and spreads for a late breakfast downtown. (I go to the one in Shibuya) My favorite thing is probably what I always take to go after breakfast: the baguette du campagne... rough pate with cornichon pickles. Simple... More

We went to the one in Shibuya. One morning we had pastries from downstairs with coffee upstairs and another morning we had a set breakfast with breads, a selection of jams, and 2 pastries each and bottomless coffee. Way too much in the end but a nice breakfast considering not many places are actually open for breakfast!

I still like Viron very much, the food and drinks are good quality. Portion sizes have fallen recently and prices risen. This is the new Japan. Lucnh time used to be a great deal, now dinner is you get what you pay for. Still, pretty good brasserie.

I have been going to this restaurant for years. It is around the corner from Tokyo Station and the Tokyo Central Post Office. The entry leads into the bakery--bread and pastries galore. Set lunch menus are a bargain--with all the delicious bread you can or care to eat. Dinner menus are more extensive, and all starters and entrees are a... More

The food is good, the atmosphere is good, French style. But the amazing part is to have this kind of service in Tokyo, really the very best I ever was in.
