Fair value, good food

Finding a good steakhouse in Tokyo may not be very easy, unless you have no problems in spending USD 200 + per person. Barbacoa is one of the places in Tokyo where you can find good meat, all you can eat, for a very good price. But set your expectations right.... You are not in Brazil, so please do... read more

I was in SP (Brazil) during the World Cup July and went to BARBACOA flag restaurant in ITAIM ... I learned there that they have three locations in japao.. Open Table aplication is in Japanese. It was no ease for the Chief Concierge to get a table (2) for lunch. If BARBACOA SP got a AAA+ Barbacoa ( Aoyama) deserve a... More

Visited this place with my Paulita friend for lunch. I do not have anthing agaist this place but I would choose the one in Omotesando (Harajuku) for the following reasons. 1) smaller space between the tables 2) a bit more expenstive 3) definitely more crowded (unless you make a reservation) 4) felt we received less attention and service than we... Wow, what a place, what a food! I was told in a advance from my colleagues who visited the place before, that it is a great place, so my expectations were very high. All I can say, that the restaurant reached or even exceeded my expectations. The salad bar is huge and there is a big selection of delicious vegetables... More

We went here without a reservation on a Friday night and were lucky to get a table right away. We've been to the Omotesando branch many times for lunch and dinner and enjoyed the churrasco and salad bar, but the salad bar selections here seemed even better. I would have been happy just with the salad! The meat seemed to... More

Have you ever gone into a restaurant in Japan and ordered a steak, thinking that you're going to get an actual steak, to only be incredibly shocked and disappointed when your plate arrives with a wafer-thin resemblance of something that is pretending to be a steak? I know I have. Having come from cow country, I've often asked the question... More
