We went here both our nights in Tagbilaran. Good eating facilities are hard to find in this city. It seemed to be mainly full of asian tourists, but the atmosphere was cosy. The waiters speak perfect english, are very helpfull. Food is good, i especially recommend the kara kara soup or something like that. The portions are massive and are... More

Finding a decent restaurant in Tagbilaran is hard, and Gerarda's is one of the very few. It serves local cuisine and is a good place to try local food. Prices are alright and servings are fairly big. Overall, one of the better choices.

We have been to Gararda's several times and never been disappointed. The restaurant is not easy to find and the parking is a problem. But once inside, the decor is very pleasant and the staff friendly. There is a good choice of classic filipino dishes all well cooked, well presented, and a reasonable price for quality food. I'd certainly recommend... More

From table settings to ambiance, cleanliness and food taste to prices...the best! We went out full and satisfied without the feeling of guilt for the amount spent. Prices are very affordable. Servings are huge. Utensils used are nice. They use wine glass for service water, unlike other resto that uses ordinary drinking glass. Seats are made from hard wood. Windows... More

We are residents here and this is the place we bring visiting family and friends! In fact we used them too to cater special events in our home! The food has been consistently good and they add new delicious dishes in their menu periodically. Our last visit was last week when we had visiting friends from Cebu. We were a... More

Saw this restaurant in tripadvisor, so i put in on my must try. The Food was good, ambiance very homey as it is an old house converted to a restaurant. The price is very affordable, as they say Dinakdakan is a must try and avocado shake is superb. I would have given an excellent or very good review if only... More

If you're in Tagbilaran, better drop by at this place. The food and serving, definitely gastronomical. Plus the ambiance and the personnel gives you a "homey" feeling. Will definitely return to this restaurant again!

Gerarda's is one of our favorite restaurants. There is a home-y feel to the place probably because it was a house first before it was converted to a restaurant. It is decorated with portraits of the family and children's books and other knick knacks. We like best their dinakdakan and the chili beef. The price is reasonable.

The restaurant is a very nice place decorated with ancient objects. We had a kare kare of seafood and this was just delicious - just don't count the calories you are eating-. On top of that, not expensive at all and service with a large smile. One to do!!!
