They closed down for a bit before they renovated the place. It's great and made to order. Fresh and cheap Puerto Rican food!

For the past few years, food at Los Gorditos Bairoa Caguas has been too salty. Even seasoned meat the sell for people to cook at home. Restaurant gets crowded and staff doesn't clean up often.

We tried here because we heard it's a must to stop at while here. It was actually very good. I loved the Caldo de pollo mofongo and Tostones rellenos de pollo... It was extra good when you dip the cups in their ketchup mayonnaise. Authentic puerto Rican Fast food. Delish!

This is a family and take out restaurant it even has a carryout lane. They have a very good selection of puertorrican food. Very tastie and well prepared. This a very informal place with fast and god food.

Great place to visit is you want to save from the exuberant prices in the hotels. Food is great and the ladies know how to make you feel welcome.

I am Puerto Rican and I know my food. The food here is authentic, good and affordable. There are so many different things that you can have, but if you don't have mofongo here, well, there is something wrong with you. Pork and Chicken Chicharrones are good as well. We order that and some steak, ripe plantains and arroz con... More

If you want to go to a very local Caguas place not expensive and good quality food this is it. Is all about traditional places to go eat in family with variety of choices. The fried pork with onions and mofongo is the #1 plate with red sauce.

This is an iconic restaurant in Caguas. You can eat one of the most flavorful fried pork (Masitas de cerdo encebollado) meal ever. You can have it with mashed plantain (mofongo). That's only one of their many native puertorican food they prepare. They serve fish and steak too. Tried it, you won't regret it!
