Great hidden treasure

It might not be on your usual touristy routes, but if you do find this treasure you'll be rewarded with a fantastic dinner, in a cozy and relaxed environment where you get all spoiled with an amazing menu, fine wines and the smiles and good chats with the chef and his wife.

Food was really good and price was not high. Three courses and bottle of good wine (30€) for two was approximately 80€ all together. Nice staff!

I do not live around Sarzana anymore, yet I return here every two months and I know the area well. So I was rather surprised to see this venue listed as number 1 in Sarzana. I decided to check, and I must say it is not easy to class it. First, the venue: right on a inner road (the old... More

What a find!!! A " must go" for great food, good value and friendly hosts. We did not go in on first visit as it looked poor from outside and we missed the side entrance. We did go in on second visit and we were well rewarded. Owned and run by Sarah ( from Sheffield) and her Italian partner Gionni... More

This place is a gem. The food is beautiful. My wife had duck and I had steak with a red wine and shallot reduction - we loved it. The deserts were as good as our favourite restaurant at home (which has a Michelin star and is more than double the price). We went as a result of the reviews on... More

This is a gem of a restaurant.....if you're lucky to get a table, I advise to call beforehand. Service was down to earth & charming. Food was exquisite!

The resturant is close to teh city center but not inside the Sarzana historical center. There is a free car park just 2 minutes away. I ate in the resturant for 3 dinners in a row and any dinner was excellent. The price is reasonable, the service is excellent. It seems to be at home.
