Description: JOAN MARC RESTAURANT wants to be a restaurant current and sincere, informal but serious, modern but cozy, with a predominance of local produce and a strong projection to the ecological environment. The idea is to provide maximum comfort and feel of the client, whom he intends to establish an attentive and trustworthy, is in the dining room of his house with this intention, it is proposed to raise the construction of an open kitchen and visible from the dining area, which contribute substantially to increase this familiaridad. The business idea is to run a restaurant with carte service but half portions (the goal is that people eat a snack and a minimum of 4 courses). The dishes on the menu are characterized by their simplicity and the quest for a culinary identity of its own. In short, it can be argued that MARC JOAN RESTAURANT want to convey the flavor of tradition in every spoonful, the taste for the environment in each sip and in general, a very strong sense of Mallorcan.JOAN MARC RESTAURANT quiere ser un restaurante de cocina actual y sincera, informal pero con seriedad, moderno pero acogedor, con predominio del producto local y una firme proyección hacia el ámbito ecológico.

The internet has opened up the world for all of us-helping foodies find the little gems in out of the way locations. Joan Marc certainly has the credentials, having previously worked with multiiple Michelin starred - Sant Pau and Santi Santamaria both in Catalonia, and it shows. The menu concept is a tasting menu or a la carte and allowing... More

We only found this fantastic restaurant through looking for restaurants in this locality on Trip Advisor. This really is a very special place and I can't recommend it strongly enough. From the moment you walk-in to the very stylish dining room, the staff are attentive but not overly so. From where was I was seated I could see the care... More

We dined here on Tues night and had the 4 course fixed price menu. £38 for all four course was in my opinion great value especially when the food tasted this good. My wife and I had different dishes for each of the courses and every one was cooked and seasoned just right. From the squid with black rice to... More

very nice and relaxed meal at lunchtime. The restaurant was quiet, but the open kitchen design created it's own buzz. The food was superbly presented and cooked, but it would have been nice to have had a little more of it. The restaurant has been really thoughtfully designed and it's got the chef's personality throughout. Reasonable rather that excellent value,... More

My wife and I were half way across Majorca, moving from one hotel to another and Inca was a convenient if unremarkable town to stop for lunch. There wasn't anything ordinary about this restaurant though. Arriving at about 1.30 on a Tuesday the place was empty but we were welcomed warmly and treated to some outstanding cooking. Everything from the... More

The interior of the restaurant is nice and shows attention to details. A very modern place in a not very modern town ) we paid around 60... More
