The restaurant is located in the village centre and was formerly a "trattoria" where the merchants of the village met to complete contracts. Because of this reason it was called "Borsa", which means "stock market". The name has been retained even years later, when the old tavern was taken over by Alceste Pasquali and his wife Albina Stanghellini who lead the restaurant since 1959. Enjoy local cuisine, personally prepared by Mrs. Albina, in a modern ambience with traditional flair. In cooperation with a first class team of cooks and waiters, the owners Alceste and Albina and their daughter Nadia ensure a high-quality, attentive service, combined with an excellent quality of the served specialties. The restaurant (with air conditioning in the interior), offers a garden for the warm season, overlooking the old ,,castle scaligero".

Tortellini, the "love knot," was invented in this region, and nobody does it better. My husband and I travel to Alla Borsa annually from the USA, lest we go into withdrawal. Their fish carpaccio and their homemade mostarda are also extraordinary. And the Murano water glasses add true beauty. We love this place. You become family. There is no greater... More

Alla Borsa is famous for its tortellini and so when friends invited me there, we limited ourselves to just those. That of course means that my review isn't exactly broad in its spectrum. Divided into different rooms, this restaurant has been around for a very long time, so expect to see the regulars at their usual tables, demanding the waiters'... More

Despite one of the hottest evenings of the year, the garden area was full of electric fans and the atmosphere was very good. The food was also top notch although a little more expensive than other local restraunts. The feel and taste was quality with local dishes being their speciality. Would definitely recommend.

Dear all what to say: this rest. is one of my favourites. I can't live if I do not eat there four times in one year. Totellini are the best for me. Two plates every time. And really good wine. Take time to have a tour roun Valeggio after!

We have been raving about this place since we last visited 20 years ago, so during a recent stay in Verona we made a reservation for Sunday lunch and rented a car for the 30 minutes journey to the historical town of Valeggio Sul Mincio, where Ristorante Alla Borsa is located! Our fond memories were truly justified! Famous for its... More

We came to this restaurant on a cold Monday in February for dinner. A warm service and well selected interior welcomed us. We had (of course) different kinds of tortellini, all dishes were of highest quality, best taste and more than sufficient seize. Try their preserved fruits as a a dessert: wow! The very nice dinner was rounded out by... More

Very classic and well-finished environment, wide wine selection and, of course, wonderful hand made"tortellini" with a special mention for the traditional ones, the so-called "nodo d'amore". The price is a little above average but this restaurant definitely worths a visit.
