If you want to know how tortellini should be made, a visit to the Borsa is a must. The downside is that after this experience, you'll be disappointed often in your search for something as good. The difference is just too great. The pasta is as light as it could be without falling apart. The main courses are traditional and... More

I am not a pasta fan actually. Flour is not my first choice as ingredient. But I must admit that here you can taste a nice portion of various tortellinis. Price is a little bit higher for pasta based dishes but not very exaggerated. Nice atmosphere, clean and quite for an Italian restaurant. Far from the city, so I would... More

Recommended by our B&B host, who advised that Borsa serves the best tortellini in Italy and he could not have been more accurate. The cuisine is delicate and produced by people with a genuine passion for food and service. Despite appearing slightly under-dressed perhaps at the end of a long day out we were made to feel most welcome.

Nadia and her staff were so welcoming and accommodating. We had the tortellini which was incredibly delicate and tasty. We could not fault the service or the meal. I urge the reader to visit alla Borsa!

We enjoyed a lot the Tortellini and the tagliatelle. We took Tagliatelle Spinach and Ricotta and also the meat ones. Everything was great and we order a second round of Spinach and Ricotta as it was simply delicious. Also the tagliatelle with cheese was fantastic. Highly recommend this restaurant and such a beautiful town!

This is my second review of Alla Borsa (after many more visits) and it continues to be my favorite restaurant in Italy. If you love tortellini (and even if you don't), you will never taste better. The town of Valeggio is famous for its tortellini (there is even a tortellini festival, where 3500 people - the maximum number of tickets... More

We had four courses of tortellini, which was perfect. Great staff, they also gave us tons of small free extras with drinks/desserts. Pretty normal prices all around.

One of the best food experiences we encountered on our recent 1 week trip in Northern Italy. Got this restaurant tip from a local winemaker, easy restaurant to find. Exceptional Italian food, we managed to find a waiter who had lived in Australia for a few years so communication was easier for our english tongues. Pricing so cheap for the... More

This is my husband's favorite ravioli and tortellini -- in the world. I think he's on to something! Delicious pasta and salads. (All we gad room for at lunch.) Gracious service. What more could you ask for? Nothing!!

We booked a couple of months before going there from Australia for a group. Nadia was an excellent communicator and looked after us very well. The 3 types of tortellini were excellent, but some of us found it hard to eat dessert after it all. A bit hard to get to though so we were glad we hired a bus.... More
