Refreshing informal eating with fine beer

Great and very cool spot. Food is down to earth and nice variation on Piemontese cuisine while giving a nod to global pub grub. Good if you've spend some time in the area and after something new. Beer is great as the service is friendly.

I have made it a point to eat here whenever I am in the Piemonte. The last two times I have been here, the food has gotten worse. I don't know whether it is menu changes or increased clientel, but it is no longer a must for us. The service is always good. They are very friendly and are excited... More

Located at Bricco di Neive, surely not an easy place to find, however worth driving here. We went to sample some of their beers. It's like an old tavern style where you sit and enjoy. Many food is prepared with beer, and beer yeasts are even used to prepare the pizza dough. We were guided on what to choose by... More

A bit out of the way for tourists, but well worth the effort. I have tried all pizza places in Neive, and only CitaBiunda makes a great, uniquely artisanal pie (the dough and house-made bread here is leavened with beer yeast), not to mention house-made artisanal beers and a broader menu, including burgers and other meat dishes using meats from... Hidden away deep in wine country is 'Birrificio Citabiunda' - a beer lover’s paradise surrounded by rolling hills packed with vineyards and quaint Italian villages. Marco is the man with a plan and the brewer of a number of fine beverages, each with a quirky name and a funky design. Sit yourself at the bar and peruse the shiny taps... More

The service, amosphere, food and beer are all first class. Nestled amongst the vineyards of the langhe it is probably the last thing you expect to find, but not to be missed. Marco the brewer definitely knows his craft, the beers he brews are all very, very good , we are very lucky to live close as we do miss our English beer,... More

Marco produces excellent beers and is well known, with people coming from far and wide to drink them. he studied beermaking in belgium and makes a lot of different beers, to suit many different tastes. he also speaks good english, so can provide good info on places to visit in the region. definitely worth several visits
