Excellent location

Good value. Pasta with vongole and bottarga were mmmmm! Local wine cheap and cheerful. Worth revisiting.

Food was okay, a bit pricey for its location. The antipasto was really nice, with a nice assortment of cold cut meats and local bruschetta's. My pasta dish was very bland, however the other three dishes we ordered were very nice. The staff were very friendly and attentive. I would probably go back here if I went back to Tarquinia.

Lovely fresh food - pleased to find a children's menu. Highlights included the fish with chickpeas, the super salad, and the fresh pasta. Nice location to sit outside on an evening.

My husband and I had diner in this cozy restaurant. We started with typical prosciutto from tarquinia that is quiet different from Tuscuny...and we liked it. Then we each tried porchetta which was really mouth watering...the portion for 1 were quiet small... Then We had to order lasagna to share cause we were still hungry...which was absolutely to die for....... More

We were there as a family visiting the Etruscan tombs and found this place on our walk back through town. Was very hot outside about 90-100 but we sat under an umbrella at the cafe. The pasta was so flavorful and some of the best we have ever had in Italy. Would definitely go back.

We had dinner at Ambaradan on a nice summer evening, in the enchanting main town's square. I took the pici (home-made pasta similar to spaghetti) with tomatoes, basil and nuts: they were really good and so were the other dishes we had (amberjack carpaccio, local ham&cheese, gnocchi). They have several choices for kids which is a great plus! As dessert... More

Considering the cost, the food is at best average. Although the fresh fish was large enough to share and well prepared, the other items we ordered were disappointing. The seafood soup and even the mixed salad lacked the "freshness" of most of the other food we have experience throughout Italy. I was weary by the mixed reviews on Trip Advisor,... More

There were four of us and we enjoyed a three course dinner. The fish and pasta we enjoyed for main course was average. The fish was a bit too salt and the vongole I have tasted better. The meat and cheese as a starter was good. Friendly staff.

Ordered rotated chicken, how could you go wrong? Besides foul tasting, it looks like chicken pieces were chosen for lack of meat and abundance of bones. Ordered mezzo litro house red wine, so bad didn't drink it. How is this possible in the country and area of vino where you can buy good wine in bulk at a local winery... More

This is a restaurant located on one of the main piazza's in the town. I had a very good meal here. The pasta with zucchini and panchetta was outstanding, as was the cheese with bacon which was put under the grill. You have the option of dining outside, which i highly urge you to do, as it's a really lovely... More
