Good range of starters and mains, we had sardines and calamari, both lovely. For mains we had hake and a mixed sea food type of green curry both again very good. The dessert was a bit disappointing compared to the other courses hence the 4 star rating. A good range of wines, service excellent. Recommended but you need to book.

We had a delightful meal at the Noisy Oyster. My husband raved about the Chalmar steak while I enjoyed the truly fresh and beautifully prepared seafood.

Its quirky and original...and has a wonderful ambience. Food and service excellent. One of best meals we had this trip...and we were very very spoilt in our eating out experiences.

Couldn't get in for dinner as fully booked all week so treated ourselves to lunch which turned out to be as good as going in the evening as the menu is the same and you can really enjoy and appreciated the Noisy Oysters eclectic charm. Perfect steak tartare, tasty fresh oysters and spicy seafood Lasker.

We really had a very nice family dinner there, 8 of us all grown up. Oysters are of course a must there and so is the fish ,all very fresh. Good service . You MUST book. Not only for tourists

I have been here before and it has not changed. That is not a criticism! As the sun goes down, the lights come on and the garden transforms into a pretty spot for dinner. Some eclectic features draw your interest as you sip on a tipple of your choice. Food selection was difficult but decisions had to be made. Neither... More

Going back to my notes, they read "Fabulous food, great service. Duck Mussaman meatballs fantastically spiced, great Noisy Nicoise salad, very fresh. Only drawback is fast table turnaround. Great toffee brownie but would have benefited from a crème fraiche sorbet or yoghurt ice cream to cut through the sweetness" - so there we have it, brilliant food, great service but... More

This restaurant is outstanding. From the moment we stepped into the Noisy Oyster we were welcomed and very well looked after. Our waitress was friendly and as she explained the dishes on the menu, you could see she knew them well. The sardine starters were superb, as were all the mains selected by our party. We all had a brilliant... More

As with most restaurants in the village of Paternoster, this little one was a real gem. From the outside it does not look like much, but what a fabulous surprise inside. When you first step inside, you might think that it looks like a beach clubhouse. A very rustic vibe with ping-pong table and beerhouse benches in the courtyard. Decorations... More
