Snail pace servive in Paridise

If you’re in a hurry, don’t go to this restaurant. It must be the slowest service I’ve ever had anywhere in the world! This was our first dining on the island - a great place to choose after a long trip from the states. The view was amazing, the food was good, and we had a very nice romantic dinner.

I don't like to be rushed for dinner. In many restaurants this is, unfortunately, the case. This place is on the other extreme on the "rush" scale: Things happen, yes, but very, very slowly. To wait for 20 minutes for your pre-dinner drinks is just not good enough. The food? Not very innovative - and everything arrives almost cold. Maybe... More

We tested a lot of resorts on the island over the past 10 days and we were really keen to try this resort. We were very disappointed. The location A1. We were the only visitors in the restaurant resort and we expected a better service regime that what we got. The food was absolutely stunning. The price was really good... More

We were attracted to the Little Polynesia firstly from the appearance (zipping past on our scooters) and secondly as it is advertised as a fine dining experience. We chose this restaurant as one of our special nights out. The staff didn't seem interested in us that night, and we arrived as the second couple for the night. I believe water... More

I ate here several times on vacation. The food was good but nothing special unfortunately. I stayed here years ago when the chef from Chile was here so I came back with very high expectations. Unfortunately, the menu and wine list drastically changed. When the old chef was there, he made an Ahi dish, which is to this day the... More

My husband and I visited this restaurant on the first night we were in Rarotonga. We were very displeased with the slow, unorganized service. It was disappointing. We had a waiter who told us he would bring us bug spray due to the mosquitos being thick at least three times, and he never came with any. Our food and service... More

We went there a casual dinner not knowing much about the place. On arrival we were treated with one of the most beautiful settings one could ever hope for while dining out!! The service was a bit slow but friendly, but then again, this is a common trend on the Cook Islands. The food however was simply just "ok". Value... More

We dined here twice for dinner during our stay. On the first visit, I ordered their special of coconut crusted chicken and it was so amazing. On our second visit, I ordered fish which was average. That's why the 4 star rating. The service here is very friendly and welcoming. On both visits here, we did encounter a lot of... More
