One of the best meals we had in Raro

Like one of the other reviewers mentioned there are a lot of great places to eat in Raro and this is certainly one of them. We had been recommended Viama by a friend before we departed for our holiday so were keen to try it out, did not dissapoint. I have the fish one of the nicest bits of fish... read more

There are an extraordinary number of good places to eat in Rarotonga, particularly considering the small size and population of the island (10k). Viama is worth a visit for dinner. The food was very good when we visited. It is within walking distance of Palm Grove where we were staying. It has tables indoors and outside on the sand leading... More

Great food. Great service. Great music. The restaurant is actually on the beach so don't wear high heel shoes.

We had our first dinner here at Vaima. Great service given that they provide complimentary transfers from your hotel. Beef Wellington was the best I have ever had and the fish was amazing. One of the highlights of our trip.

We decided this was top of our bucket list but drove there and thought it was still closed so left it until the last night when some of our party had left. WE wanted to have a meal on the beach and watch the sunset, however we lived down in muri and unsure how to get there. No problems $20... More

This place gets better every time I visit. I just loved the new restaurant so open and light and being able to sit down on the beach front is great. I had the fish curry and it was wonderful. My husband had the chocolate cake for desert and it was melt in the mouth. Look forward to returning next visit.

Awesome place to eat, we went here twice and loved both times. Huge meals and reasonable prices, plus a nice setting right on the beach. A very popular restaurant, was a full house both times & they accommodated us without any booking

They provide return transfers, which is great if you both fancy a drink. Found servings a little too large but enjoyed every morsel. Couldn't pass up the Key Lime Pie, delicious. Good service, friendly staff. Little noisy though.
