Quick Coffee Stop

Popped in with some of my family for a cuppa having been nearby at the wedding dress shop. We had a mixture of coffees, teas and hot chocolate and 4 of us had scones too. The scones are big and really tasty and refills of filter coffee are a nice touch. There was a problem with my first scone... read more

This little town has a great selection of cafes and restaurants all of which looked really good so we were spoiled for choice but we made a good choice. Sandwiches are made with local tasty bread and fully filled with local ingredients. I had pate brioche and local pickle. A really tasty lunch made with local ingredients and served with... More

Located in the middle of Corbridge, this is a friendly cafe which welcomes families with small children as well as travellers catching a quick drink. A mix of tables and comfy sofas with uncluttered decor. Magazines and newspapers available to read. Nice coffee. Very busy when we visited.

A great place to stop for lunch when travelling to/from Scotland on the A68. We have enjoyed previous visits here, and the standard continues to be high. Delicious soup, pate with salad - good for a quick lunch before moving on. Good atmosphere for all ages.

Visited the café for coffee and a bite to eat, and we loved it. The coffee was great and we had the most delicious cheese scones. They were supplied with a generous amount of soft butter ( I hate it when you are given packets of cold, hard butter) and we had the meal seated comfortably in a pleasantly decorated... More

Quirky converted bank with loads of room for comfort even pushchairs. Sweet stuff very tempting, got a top up of filter coffee. Staff friendly and welcoming! Papers available to read. We stayed in Corbridge foe a week and visited tea and Tipple several times, it was our favourite cafe, and there are a lot to choose from!!

We called in here hoping for a comfortable seat. This was not the case and though they had two leather settees near the door entrance they were very uncomfortable to sit on! The staff seemed fed up! Carrot and chocolate cake ... scones was all they had left to offer. £3 for a slice of carrot cake was a little... More

A nice place with friendly staff, The food is all very good value for money. The only niggle is the staff waiting on the tables tend to chat with the staff behind the counter and never look around, They offer a free refil on Filter coffee but you have to ask at the counter if they are talking, This is... Visited T and T for a coffee and piece of cake. Vanilla sponge (at £3.00 a slice) was dry as stick and served by staff who looked as though they didn't want to be there. I suppos that mid morning might have been better, ie the cake may not have been so dry so no more afternoon tea (and t)... More
