Lunch date on our way to a wedding.

Stopped primarily because we didn't pass anywhere else on route. Not a massive menu choice but also not your average pub grub. 2 courses and two soft drinks came to just shy of £40, a bit expensive as lunches go but the food quality far exceeded expectations. Staff where very attentive and the... read more

Got there around 1pm and decided to drop in for lunch. They have an extensive menu and I opted for a sandwich with apple and chutney. ( forgot wat else was on there ). Many wall walkers choose this place to sit down either for coffee or lunch. However they also serve evening meals. The Errington arms is in a... More

First visited this pub about 5years ago, returned last night and nothing has changed! Food was lovely, staff very friendly, prices very reasonable! 2 course set menu £9.95, 3course £12.95 absolute bargain! But also an very impressive al a carte menu! Definitely worth seeking out if you are in the area!

The food was plentiful, the atmosphere convivial, and the beer was well-kept. What's not to like? Much recommended.

Three of us had Sunday lunch. My lamb shank was very tender and fell off the bone. Beef was quite bland and tasted like it had been ordered in ready cut. Vegetables were overcooked.....broccoli was a tired colour. Rhubarb crumble was much better and caramel ice cream was the highlight of the day.

Stopped at the Eddington Arms on a couple of previous occasions both service and foo good. We pulled into the car park at approx 14.20 on 3rd July, looked at the specials board, nothing saying pub closes at 15.00. We sat at a table having decided what to eat, the waiter cleared the table nr ours and didn't say anything!... More

A great place and some really nice food. Just a couple little down points. But overall a really enjoyable meal. Pleasant and polite service. More a gastropub than pub food and reflected in price but definitely a wide vary of dishes.

It was at the end of a long, sunny day for the staff, but they still did their best to make our evening meal sparkle. And, overall, it did. Whilst the roast potatoes and Yorkshire puddings looked as though they had been roasting all day, they were actually quite delicious, and a perfect accompaniment to the local lamb shank, whose... Just to let you know ,visited today 27/06/15 ordered white wine and it was room temperature, asked the barman and all he could offer was a glass of ice cubes to put in.Not a very professional answer, thought he might adjust the bill but to no avail.

We were so impressed on our last visit in August 2014 that we booked a table on 13 June at the start of our holiday. We were not disappointed the meal was excellent doctored to my Coeliac requirements. This is the only establishment that has given me fried onion with my steak rather than me omitting them when covered in... More
