This was our second meal at this pub/restaurant, the first being satisfactory on food and service. It was a Saturday lunchtime and the restaurant was 80% full. However there were only two serving staff and hence it took quite a while for the food to arrive once ordered. Also the staff were not great at clearing up other tables after... More

This was an unexpected find on a southwards journey. The calibre of the food was very high indeed, seved by a friendly barman on front of house. Wine options were good. Outstanding hotfish platter - great ingredients cooked to perfection.

We had a warm welcome on a cold day, and there was a good open fire to help cheer, and warm the character of this lovely old pub. The Errington Arms are very aware of food allergies and were superb in helping steer me clear of foods that would aggravate my coeliac disease. I had a stunning main course with... More

The Errington arms was an excellent place to eat. With superb service and cozy atmosphere with open fires I cannot fault this place. With new specials every day this place is truly unique. Food was delivered fast. Delicious starter, main and dessert. Great presentation and value for money. Staff was very friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend this place!

The Errington arms is built on the ruins of my ancestral home from the year 900 when the family of Errin owned the land. I have had dinner in the now Errington arms and my wife and I enjoyed the meal we had the staff were great and very attentive the meal good value for money.

Obviously very popular with lots of families. They were turning people away so would recommend booking on a Sunday Lunchtime at least. Service excellent and friendly; menu choice , cooking and presentation very good. Usual roasts but ample other choice, with good range of fish choices. Good starters and ok puddings. Prices usual for dining pub.,
