The Valley never ceases to amaze me, every time I go the service, the atmosphere, the friendly staff and the quality of food are always spot on.
We went as a group of 5 for a birthday celebration. We were met under the clock in Newcastle station by a guy dressed in Indian attire, very cool. Gave us menus to pick our starters and main. On the train we were offered beer/lager or red/white wine and soft drinks. We had also taken our own bottle of 'special... More

First visit here for several years and it will not be as long before we go back again.... Simply first class food and service.

The restaurant... More

Once aboard we placed our order, again with Ali's guidance, and with a quick drink. It took around 30 minutes to arrive... More
I was so looking forward to my meal, the food had always been excellent. What a disappointment. It was ok but that is was ok. I have had better food from a takeaway. Maybe the chef has changed, I don't know, but it was NOT the fantastic meal I expected.
Always a long gap between visits, but never disappointed on return Tremendous warm welcome, great service and fantastic food Already looking forward to the next visit. Hopefully sooner than the last 7 year gap!
Visited here last night as part of the 'Curry Train' experience or the 3rd time. Usual high standards throughout, with Abby most helpful both at the station and on the train. Ordered as required and were taken to the table quite quickly (it was VERY busy). A few poppadosm with dips followed by starters of Bhuna Prawn on Puree and... More
I am Chinese so used to curt, but efficient service. I don't care about rudeness, but this place downright mean. I will never, ever return.
