Our family has been returning to Steamers for many years now & have never been disappointed. This is a great restaurant if you love a high quality dining experience and have children. There is a small toy & book selection at the entrance & my son really enjoyed selecting a toy & book to take to the table. The food... More

The service was brilliant and they were really accommodating for any dietary requirements. The food was excellent, although slightly pricey. Its a comfortable restaurant and you don't feel rushed. Just make sure you book as it does get busy.

We found ourselves in Beer and decided not to rush home and cook, so popped onto Trip Advisor and choose the No:1 restaurant. Read a couple of reviews all of praise but said was pricey, we were on a bit of a budget so decided to go and have a look at the menu and decide. We both are food... More

We had dinner here and the food ( we all chose fish ) was good. However we found the price per head ( 20 pounds) was a bit expensive for what we got.

Visited this restaurant for dinner in late July 2014 - beautiful setting in the magnificent village of Beer. The food was excellent - the chef takes real care over his dishes and the presentation is brilliant. Great taste and portion size as well, coupled with good, personalised service makes Steamers a real hit. A must go if you're in Beer!

It was not the cheapest meal we have ever had or the dearest either but the freshness of the fish was out of this world and fantastically cooked. Thinking that it may get booked up quickly made a reservation before we left our home and good... More

We have been dining at steamers for several years and have never had a less than good meal. The service is excellent, wine choice very good, food on set meal mid week really good value. We go to steamers every time we visit beer.
