Don't rush past

Great little eating place looking directly on to the inlet. Food is perfectly sufficient, reasonably priced and the service is great. Relax with a drink and good company and watch the waves smash on the rocks whilst enjoying the sunshine. Lovely little part of the town.

Ate her 4 times & would have happily gone nowhere else in the 2 weeks we stayed in El Cotillo. A laid back place with friendly service & excellent unfussy local food. The tapas are excellent, the 'padron' peppers the best I've tasted. The view is great. We liked sitting outside downstairs for lunch & upstairs for dinner with the... More

Stopped for lunch at this restaurant. Best Lasagne I have ever had. The tomato and cream (rather than cheese) sauce was sublime. Husbands Spaghetti was of equal quality as was the melon and soup. Would definitely come back to this place.

We often went here for a sunset drink weather dependent. Friendly staff and when we ate one evening we weren't disappointed. Husband had a well cooked steak and I indulged in fried seafood which was lovely. Noticed some impressive looking salads as well!

The food was reasonable but not the best we tried. Great location but we were hurried and it was quiet with few customers. The staff were welcoming and good, just found there are better restaurants around the town.

Eaten here a few times the food is good and views are amazing, do not expect haute cuiisine just plain well cooked seafood, fried mixed seafood is very good value.

The seafood pate in the top of the range (El Mirador Salad) contained large pieces, 1cm square, off mussel shell which nearly broke my tooth. After the first couple of mouthfuls I had found 2 pieces and lots of grittiness, enough to mention it to the waiter who whisked off the pieces to show the chef and he came back... More

Very nice restaurant, good food, great service. The food not something extraordinary but was very good and you gonna enjoy it. The plus for this restaurant is the view of course in not like Santorini but good especially of you be there late you can see the sunset. I recommend this El Mirador restaurant.

Chose the restaurant expecting it to be local cozy place to have lunch with beautiful views and delicious tapas. We were not that hungry, so went for Tapas (8 plates) offer for two, including a bottle of house wine for 25€. The quality was very disappointing, sauces precooked ages ago, there was obvious difference of color once you put a... More

Reasonably priced mid market restaurant, just did not quite have the ambiance, possibly because when we were there (or passing by) it was never that busy.
