Didn't eat but great late night bar

This is the only late night bar in Cotillo. Great atmosphere with a real european feel. Drinks were reasonable even though they cornered the market on the late bar scene, spicy popcorn and nibble gratuity on table and candlelit feel

We've walked past Ferrets on previous visits, thinking as we weren't surf dudes, (more Harold and Hilda types) we would feel out of place. We were wrong, at least we think we were. We had a very pleasant couple of beers and an excellent cheese fondue, with added kirsch chasers, that all helped us mellow out on our first night.... More

Stayed a week in El Cotillo and unfortunately only found Ferret`s two days before coming home. Called in for a glass of sangria which was really good. Sat outside enjoying late afternoon sun bliss !!! Went on our last evening too and will visit again if ever in El Cotillo

International bar with good selection of drinks and some food. Have a look, have a beer - a la salute!

This is a great place to enjoy a drink but even better for freshly cooked homemade food - the chicken curry is a must - always ask for it to be cooked with banana - it has become a ritual for every visit to Cotillo

Really wanted a fondue but min serving is for two. Cheese omelet was average and the rosti with cheese was the most tasteless thing I've ever eaten. The popcorn was the most interesting part of the meal.

on a recommendation we travelled from Correlajo to el cotillo to try the Fondue at Ferrets. The place is small, decor makes you step back in time to the 80's. Some superb photos of El Cotillo on the walls. Menu choice is simple and plain in this basic pub/diner. Popcorn with a interesting taste ( maybe slightly curry) served as... More

A good place for a drink although they do food too. A bit quirky but friendly enough. Stays open till 2 so good for a nightcap. Next to the Soul Surfer hotel.

A small bar with lively customers with a menu that surprised despite being Christmas Eve. (great salad). Clearly a Swis German cliental in the main, we were made to feel very welcome.
