Now a traditional spanish restaurant. Food was excellent and the staff were very friendly. Would definitely recommend! Last review shows as Mexican restaurant, is no longer Mexican so must have been taken over. Simply lovely!

If you are looking for a decent Mexican meal in Fuerteventura, this is not the place to go. The chicken wings starter was bland and the barbecue sauce was out of a bottle. Everyhing about the quesada was dry. The meat was flavourless dry mince and it was almost indigestible with some weird herbs. Nothing like I have ever experienced... More

This used to be an excellent restaurant, but on my recent stay I noticed that this was no longer open in its ol format, but is now a Mexican style eaterie called Pancho Villa!

This has changed from a place that did wonderful spanish food to a mexican restaurant that is below average. They used to have the best Cabrito on the island and now it has nothing noteworthy atall to be honest. Everything is fried and bland. The servers were awful.. just did not care..! A big shame as last time we visited... More

Above the old harbour the terrace here gives lovely views and sounds to accompany good food. Staff here have changed since our last visit and have raised the standards, though the menu is similar. It is traditional in style and presentation with an emphasis on local fish and meats. This does mean that the fish is cooked a bit more... More

A favourite lunch venue for all members of our family. It does boast the most stunning views of the harbour while still providing shade from the hot sun. Staff made our kids feel welcome and provided a kids menu. The starters are simple and unique combinations. Fish platters are an obvious choice. Do recommend the kid meat stew. But is... More

We have spent two weeks in El Cotillo for the past three Octobers and eat out almost every night. On our first visit we asked about good restaurants and were told that La Capitana was one to avoid. This year we had been to every other restaurant and there are some excellent ones, especially Azzuro, Pescadore, Casa Rustica and the... More

Stunning setting. Best paella on the island so far. And I love paella! Aubergine and jam starter was insane. Very competative prices. Great setting - can hear the sea lapping away. Happy bunnies :-)

We stopped in for a quick bite, and ended up staying for a full on meal. The waiters are really friendly, and happy to help you with anything you get stuck with on teh menu
