The dedicated team at Colleys understand that on different days, and for different reasons, guests require flexibility and choice. From Tuesday to Friday the modern Brasserie & Grille menu offers classics alongside timeless Colleys favourites. The restaurant’s passion for singling out great plates and making them their own is evident, with guests returning time after time for steak burgers made in-house with duck fat buns and local ground steak, or beautifully crusted pies that, once tasted, are a lifelong yardstick for all other pies. The Brasserie at Colleys provides casual dining with attentive, friendly, knowledgeable service. I visited for my birthday and we were told they no longer bring the food out to show you before you decide on your meal! I was SO disappointed. This is one of the main reasons we loved Colleys. We called it the "food parade"! Please bring this lovely service back Colleys! The food was exquisite as usual but as... More

Visited here without knowing what it was really like. The bar was small but we managed to find a couple of stools and enjoy a few drinks with very good conversation from the bar staff. The food looked absolutely lovely too! Definitely recommend it.

Dined there mid-week for a birthday treat and it was lovely! The staff couldn't have been more attentive and their attention to detail was amazing. I tried a few of the gins and allowed them to choose, by the end he had my taste bud defined. Food was exquisite and the background music fantastic, I'd recommend anyone to go.

My partner took me to Colleys as she has been a fan for some time now, we went in the lead up to christmas and had booked a table for lunch, when we arrived we were the only ones in the entire restaurant and over the course of our meal there was only one other couple that ate. The dining... More

Ok, so Colleys has changed... And after reading some of the recent reviews I was a little unsure of what to expect, but I thought I would prefer to make my own opinions and I am so glad I did because we had a really lovely meal there this Sunday. The food was really delicious with a good range of... More

We have been visiting Colleys for many years. We live quite far away so visit for Christmas Day, Easter Sunday lunch and when we can for Sunday lunches in between. We had not been told when booking our 2015 Christmas Day meal that the format would be so very different from past years. Problems started prior to Christmas Day when... More
