The dedicated team at Colleys understand that on different days, and for different reasons, guests require flexibility and choice. From Tuesday to Friday the modern Brasserie & Grille menu offers classics alongside timeless Colleys favourites. The restaurant’s passion for singling out great plates and making them their own is evident, with guests returning time after time for steak burgers made in-house with duck fat buns and local ground steak, or beautifully crusted pies that, once tasted, are a lifelong yardstick for all other pies. The Brasserie at Colleys provides casual dining with attentive, friendly, knowledgeable service. A Long Overdue Return Visit

I first went here in 2002 while I was on business in the area and always vowed to return if I was ever in that part of the country again. It took a while and meant staying in a B&B for the night specifically just so we could go here, but it was definitely worth it. The night we went... read more

Visited on 3 occasions for Sunday lunch. Slightly different from the norm as the main courses and deserts are brought out between courses for you to look over before selecting one. Makes the meal quite a long process but it is well worth it. Great food and service. Will go back.

After another delicious meal at Colleys, I've finally got my act together to leave a review. Living in Lechlade, it seems a bit parochial to lavish praise on your local eateries but Colleys keeps on getting better and better and richly deserves its high rating. The Gin bar has been a revelation and every night at Colleys should start with... More

I have not been to Colleys for many years, we were invited to a friend's birthday celebrations and whilst I was looking forward to the evening, I did wonder if this time Colleys was gong to be as good as the fond memories I have held for a number of years.Well, I am not known for being speechless but throughout...
