Perfect setting.. great cocktails by the Thames

Made to feel very welcome even though we had only popped in for a drink & to enjoy the evening sun.. Cocktail waiter made a wonderful Gin based cocktail for me and produced nuts and crisps to accompany. Looking forward to going back for a long lazy lunch very soon.

We have just has a fabulous evening at Rossinis at the Leatherne Bottel, beside the Thames at Goring. Four of us came up by boat, and tied up to their mooring, so we probably weren’t the snappiest dressers in town, but we were made to feel just as welcome as if we had arrived in full regalia. We had a... More

We had a booking for about 50 people - the Restaurant was closed to other guests. 7.30 for 8pm. We left the Restaurant at midnight, our main course being served after 10:30 and our dessert after 11.30. Some of our party left at 10.30 before being served with their main course as they had to get home before their baby... More

Im sorry, but this restaurant used to be the best in the area, serving good food, mainly French cuisine, but now its just a cheap Italian (Garlic) and very crude eatery. What a shame. I think Mr Madejski's decision to let the previous Chef go is a mistake he is now regretting.

Rossini's at the Leatherne Bottle is now a true Italian run by an Italian family. Really fabulous food, homemade pastas and a really great choice, including lots of lovely fish and vegetarian options. Good for lunch too with 2/3 course menu options. It can be as expensive as you want it to be with cocktails and great wines. Something for... More

The setting is spectacular, the frontage right by the river Thames with swans bobbing about by the landing stage. Plenty of outdoor seating, although we had an evening meal and the restaurant is very welcoming and stylish. We were a group of 6 with mixed tastes and everyone really enjoyed what they had. We very much like Rossinis in Wokingham... More

Wow what a location! Situated right on the Thames this has to be one of the best dining locations in the area. Tucked away down a (short) narrow lane just outside of the pretty village of Goring the restaurant boasts a large outside area - used for dining and drinks in fine weather plus a decked mooring area. We forgot... More

Had the pleasure of attending a wedding held at Rossini and cannot speak more highly of it. Attention to detail was amazing, the food delicious and abundant. Nothing was too much trouble and all this led to an incredible and memorable day. Do not hesitate to use this fabulous restaurant. Thank you to all in the Rossini team!
