We were disgusted when we stopped off for coffee on our way to Aberfeldy .We have visited the Courtyard at least once a year since it opened but we wont be back until the improve their idea of hygiene !The bar was overrun with dogs whose owners had no concern for the comfort of other customers nor did the staff... Thank you for your review. We are sorry you had a bad experience on your last visit and please do not allow that to stop your regular visits. The restaurant manager recalls the occasion and is very sorry you had to experience it. We unfortunately had an irresponsible dog owner as a customer and upset all our other responsible owners.... A haddock fillet of great proportions cooked to perfection in a thin batter casing. The fish was fresh in that morning from an East Coast of Scotland port and must have been swimming in the North Sea a couple of days ago. Chips were chunky and tasted great. The restaurant is well set out with good fixtures a fittings. The... More

Just a quick coffee, winter warmer! 😊 so pleased. Vanilla lattes are sumptuous. Had a nice walk around the village fancied something to eat but just had a great coffee instead as it was quite busy. Delicious.

Lovely restaurant which was warm and cosy on entry, menus handed out and order taken. Coffee and teas served but an age to wait for the food. When I asked the staff they went to the kitchen to check the order and came back with the food. It was excellent, but then the explanation came that all the food is... More

We stopped here for a snack at lunchtime last Friday. We were made to feel really welcome by staff, there was no problem taking our dog into the bar area.. Large, light and pleasant place. I had a great BLT sandwich. Beware - enormous helping - I could only eat half of it. My partner struggled to eat her spicy... More

Tried this out one quiet February night during our honeymoon, arrived at 6pm and found we had the entire place to ourselves. After a drink we tucked into our starters which were very nice (fishcake/haggis bon bons) and promptly served. The mains were equally as good (sizzling steak/lamb) and the deserts were excellent to finish. Staff were very attentive and... More

We have yet to eat here but visit regularly during our trips to Loch Tay. So welcoming. Big but cosy place. Friendly service. We usually have coffee and brandies there. (Sorry....we DO like whisky but the brandy here is also very good!) There is a centrally built high log fire. So lovely and warm. AS said COZY!

I visit Loch Tay and the Courtyard in Kenmore regularly. It's a shame as this place seems to be different every time I come! The restaurant is modern with lovely atmosphere. There is a female member of staff at the bar who seems to go above above and beyond for the customers. However, sadly we tried to order some sides... More

Thank you for your review. We do apologise that we disappointed you on your previous visit but unfortunately when we are extremely busy with food orders, we delay the orders to continue to supply a good service and standard. We strongly recommend throughout the year to pre-book any tables for Thursday’s, Friday’s and Saturday’s as these seem to be our... More
