Being a local I don't normally venture out for breakfast but had family staying and my niece was "owning a Pony for the day" at the horse riding stables so wanted to stay within the area. My sister in law and myself thought we would pop into the Courtyard as I had heard good reports. We arrived to find a... More

Ate her just the once, and once was enough, vegetarian options very poor, got extra items with your meal that you didn't order, had 3 things wrong with our meal here and staff just laughed it off. Go to the Grill room at Kenmore Hotel or the Waterfront restaurant opposite

Stopped here for a break on our way to Pitlochry and enjoyed a lovely home made scone jam & cream, quite delicious and so large I could not finish it much to my husband's delight. A lovely place to sit and enjoy a summer's afternoon.

Whenever we are travelling up to the Highlands, we call here for their all day breakfast. It is made using locally sourced products and is well worth the detour. Excellent coffee too! There is a lovely gift shop and a farm shop in the complex also. The small shop in the village sells the best bread buns I have ever... More

After spending the last 3 years at this holiday resort I now feel I have to write a review of this establishment. Last year (2013) both the service and food at the restaurant were awful. My partner and I dined at this place no less than 3 times last year and for each time the food was nothing short of... More

My husband and I travelled extensively around Scotland in a friends motorhome (we were on holiday from Australia). We arranged to meet with some friends in Kenmore a favourite place of ours. We parked in a small carpark behind the Courtyard Restaurant ( no signs saying it was private or no overnight parking). In the morning Mr Menzies the owner... More

I find it difficult to write a definite review for the courtyard because the experiences I have had there have varied wildly. I have visited the restaurant a number of times over the past several months and the quality of food especially has been inconsistent each time. I have always eaten in the bar area and not the restaurant -... More

Ate here last night after a fantastic day on loch tay. Good was brilliant, kids play park excellent for keeping kids entertained whilst we waited. Service was a bit of a let down but think waiter was new and he apologised for the confusion so all in all I would return and recommend for others. Everyone has to start somewhere!

Lovely place to have a drink or eat. We sat outside, there is a play area for kids, which keeps them amused. Very friendly staff. Great food, they also offer take-away food, if you are self-catering. Free WIFI inside the bar and pool table. Relaxed atmosphere!

Visited this restaurant one evening while in the area based on the good reviews. Little did my friends and I know what a gem we came across. We all had different mains (lamb chop, raggae chicken and burger) and desserts and they were all to die for. The venison, chorizo and oak smoked cheese burger was definitely one of the... More
