The critically acclaimed Saffron Restaurant at Amorita Resort is inspired by the seasons and specialties in Bohol. The all-day menu, developed by Chef Raphael Ongchiong, emphasizes freshness, clarity of ingredients, and local availability. Saffron offers a thoughtful reinterpretation of Boholano heritage cuisine, alongside a wide range of Continental and Asian food favorites. The Chef's culinary artistry is met with an excellent selection of wines, signature cocktails, and gourmet beverages. A 162-seat dining venue, Saffron is casual and welcoming, with a decor to match. Sea-inspired accent lighting, all-weather woven furniture, and hand-carved driftwood create a dramatic poolside ambiance that serves to elevate guests' dining experience.

Cannot fault the lunches and dinners we set here. Although not a huge choice what we had was excellent. Nicely presented, very tasty. Excellent chicken ceaser salad and club sandwich. Beautifully prepared fish dishes and crispy calamari. Breakfast a bit more hit and miss but reasonable choice and the best mango ever.

The Saffron restaurant is not available to walk-in customers. We were not allowed to eat here since we were not guests. It has a fabulous little bluff with a great view.

We had their buffet we dine. I was surprised for the selection - they have salad, bread, soup, main, dessert, seafoods and meats. We love their king prawns, white marlin, mango shake and amareto sour. Just perfect! Also the waiters are very friendly and well trained. What's not good about the restaurant is the building, you get wet when you dine... More

Me and my husband had a dinner date here last September,to simply celebrate our anniversary.I booked ahead for that dinner, and upon booking, the staff asked me if that would be a special dinner..so i told her that it would be a simple anniversary dinner date. We arrived there at around 7pm, we were surprised with the set-up..it was a candle... More

The service is exceptional but they are let down (slightly) by the quality of the cooking. It lets down the 5-star rating somewhat.

The buffet breakfast had salad, some bread, fruits, pancakes, rice, bacon, ,mango juice, lemonade, coffee etc. Not much choice compared to other 5 star hotels. We also had lunch there. We had the mongolian bbq. We liked it. I specially liked the grilled meat and huge sausage. Costs only 500 pesos per person. I also liked their mango shake 180 pesos per glass.

The food is very good, a little pricey but it comes with great service, very friendly, warm and attentive staff. The restaurant has a very nice ambiance. Steps away from the infinity pool and just a few minutes away from the beach. I love the buffet breakfast. It's an open air restaurant so if you don't want to be bugged... More

It was included in the buffet during breakfast and dinner, and I had to refill my plate a couple of times because it tasted incredible. It was the perfect crisp on the outside and perfect softness on the inside. I would go back to Amorita just for this!!
