Because Amorita.

I love Amorita, because of the staff and their beds in the rooms. But I also love Amorita because of their food! Saffron offers a variety of food, all delicious! :)

Apparently there are two options for dinner. The buffet is pretty limitd we felt, so ordered a la carte. Nice setting near the pool, excellent staff, and a good variety of food, both meat, fish, bugers and pizza like dishes. Superb lava cake as dessert. Pricy restaurant, at least € 40 a head for 3 course and a terrible singer,... More

We tried this restaurant our first night in Bohol and ended up dining there every night. If you don't like the typically touristy food served at the beach for a higher price and care more about the actual taste this is the restaurant to visit. The White marlin is one of the best fish dishes I have had in Asia.... More

We were staying at an adjacent hotel and thought that Amorita resort's restaurant Saffron is worthy a try as for having a lot of positive reviews. We actually just walked-in and were pleasingly assisted by the hotel's guard, guest assistant and then accommodated by Saffron waiters. The ambiance is beautiful - relaxed, tables and chairs not too close to other... More

Their Steak are the Best on our last night dinner at Amorita's Saffron. Plus their uber crispy bacons every breakfast and all what they have in the buffet breakfast. I just wish they had the watermelon juice for all the breakfast I had with them. Lol. A must try dinning experience

We truly enjoyed our dinner at Saffron. The japanese style tuna salad was amazing (and healthy) as well as the quesadilla. You should come here to really dine, we were unfortunately not hungry enough for a big meal but even the appetizers were big enough. It seems they have a different menu on site than online, nevertheless I'm sure either... More

We ate breakfast, lunch, dinner and tea time here - for good reason. The staff are equally friendly as they are professional. The food was very good. Both breakfast and dinner buffets were well stocked and provided excellent variety. The cocktails were also thoroughly enjoyable.

The breakfast buffet incorporates Western and Eastern cuisine. Local food are available and offer a nice touch. We tried almost everything at breakfast and we were not disappointed. The ala carte menu for lunch and dinner was extensive but everything we ordered, from the the grilled pork belly to the salmon, sinigang, even the kids' menu was good
