Lovely Food and Friendly Welcome!

I've eaten here a few times now and it has always been great! Aldina and her staff make you feel very welcome and have great taste in music as well as food! A great meal accompanied by the sounds of Joe Bonamassa.... Can't fault it. Hope to see you all again soon!

Booked a table one night for 9.00 and was still waiting for the table at 9.45 so as you can imagine first impressions not great. Then took them half an hour to serve us and another hour for the meal to come which obviously isn't great. When the food arrived it was a decent meal but nothing special. Would give... More

The compromise is that you're not on the promenade but 50 yards away. Still nice view, great food, original menu, reasonable prices and casual, friendly atmosphere.

Our apartment was around the corner so we passed this places many times...we should have eaten there sooner..best meal of the week. The risotto was delicious, great bread, not at all expensive. Great staff and great music (Spanish, not too loud but atmospheric) and no large blaring TV. Why does everywhere think we want to watch loud TV or even... More

While the food, service and atmosphere are all good, watch out as the portions are pretty big! Quite a good place for finding shade at lunchtime away from the crowd down at the beach.

Good choice and different styles of food, very well prepared and presented by very friendly staff. Went three times during 2 week stay.

We stopped here for breakfast one day on holiday I had a full English which came with sausages (bratwurst type) and eggs and ham and toast. All tasty at a decent price.

The best place to eat and drink in PP. All of the dishes we tried (a lot!) were delicious. The staff were so lovely we wanted to go back all the time. Cocktails were great too. Nothing to complain about at all, when we return to PP Ambrosia will be our first stop.
