Good Mallorcan food served by friendly staff

We arrived on Saturday lunchtime 20/6/15 and decided to book a table for that evening. Four adults and one 4 year old child who to be fair will eat most things especially garlic mayonnaise. The menu was varied and there was something for every taste. We sat outside as the evening was warm and the... read more

We ate lunch in this lovely restaurant three times during our holiday. Great selection of food -our favourite was the Club sandwich and the fish and chips. They have the best fresh orange juice squeezed as you order. The staff are polite and friendly. We will be back in Septemeber.

Were off to eat elsewhere but not open and found this gem. Had the steak and my wife had the pork and both were delicious. Again staff were very good and well worth a visit.

Good food, nice, relaxed eatery. Seems to be popular as the tables were full most times, and the staff knew the clients so they must have been previous clients. Staff were attentive but not overbearing.

We visited Ambrosia for evening meal, and had a really lovely time. Situated on a pedestrianised side street just off the pine walk, it's a real hidden gem! My fiancé had a huge pizza which was really tasty while I opted for the cod and chips, which was served in a really tasty batter and a really generous portion size!... More

Have eaten here twice so far and will be back for more! A really friendly place, very good value for money. Can recommend the tempura prawns highly and the ribs are perfection! I personally can't find fault with anything here.

We enjoyed our two trips to Ambrosia which although early in the season, enjoyed a brisk trade. Fish and chips was really good - and hot! On the second visit I had "the special" of seabass which again was good - but beware the accompaniments - seabass in almond sauce - mashed pots (with cheese) and mixed vegetable in soy... More

Loved this place last year and was looking forward to returning. Bread and olives lovely but that was it. Food was lukewarm so didn't really enjoy it as much as we were looking forward to. Table next to us sent theirs back as it was cold but we just ate ours quickly! Such a shame.

Not on the main drag, but close by. Nice people running a good restaurant. Sitting outside or inside, the atmosphere is good. The food was excellent, four of us chose a variety of things off the menu and they were all good. One criticism (not of the restaurant) is people smoking outside when they and others are eating. Not illegal... More
