Order the Lamb Shank

OMG. The lamb shank is to die for, we have it every time we come over. Great food, and friendly service, Tony the owner is such a character and looks after his diners. We have a drink in there most nights and have such a laugh with Tony and locals Lyn & Colin...Great great place.

Situated in a back street just off the main square in PP, if you want to try authentic Mallorquine food then look this place up. Yes the owner dos come across as a little loud and brusk, but I think that is just his manner, I certainely didn't get a feeling of him being unwelcoming or unfriendly. Being winter and... More

Visited this small restaurant on the recommendation of a local cyclist. Fab lunchtime meal after a long cycle ride. Able to sit outside to keep an eye on bikes (not great views, however!). 2x Menus of the Day - prompt service, well presented and good, simple local food. I do agree the service wasn't the most welcoming, but the good... More

The food was good but really disappointed as reviews painted a restaurant that served excellent food with great service, food no better than many other places in the Port the service wasn't particularly welcoming or friendly. I thought we had been missing out on something but would not return.

Very slightly out the way but well worth seeking out for top quality Mallorcan cuisine – we ate here 3 times on our holiday in September/October: Garlic Prawns, Fresh Tuna steak (perfectly cooked), Suckling Pig and Paella Negra – all fantastic. Great friendly service from Toni & his team. As mentioned in the previous review they offer a 3 course... More

Visited here last year and had a lovely meal so booked in for dinner for the last night of our holiday this time round. They had a cod extravaganza going. We shared some delicious croquettes to start and my husband had one of the cod main courses which he said was one of the nicest things he had ever had.... More

We visited on recommendation of a friend. We were sort of tailored towards certain items on the menu and especially the Cod Menu which we did not choose from. We both had Garlic Prawns to start and I had John Dory Fish and my wife the Pork Suckling. The food was fantastic as was the red wine. The only negative... More

Thought this was a tapas menu but the waiter just said he would bring a few of his favourite dishes- first class. Great to try new things like Frito Mallorcan - all first class and in particular the waiters were very good. This was the only restaurant we returned to on Port de Pollenca- feels like a neighbourhood restaurants popular... More

Can't understand how anyone could miss this restaurant does a menu of the day! Maybe it was because, like most restaurants, they only offer them at lunch time and a previous reviewer visited in the evening? My garlic squid was delicious as usual, whilst my better half enjoyed the menu of the day. We're back in Mallorca next week and... More

We were not offered or shown the menu deldia and cannot believe they would offer a 3 course meal with wine water and bread for 10 euros. We paid 85 euros for a 2 course meal wih glass of wine.. Mussels and clams at 12 euros each. Some shells not open. We left feeling "cheated".
