Great local food

This restaurant uses the freshest local ingredients to make great Majorcan food. Chicken croquette and baby squid were fantastic starters. We all had fish for mains - cod and John Dory - both were amazing. We will definitely return.

You don't go here for the view that's for sure - its off a back street in the port - careful directions are essential. However if you want top quality food freshly prepared with a great buzz then this is the place to go. I've been at least 10 times & the food is always fabulous. Try the baby squid... More

We visited this restaurant based on the tripadvisor reviews hoping for a leisurely dinner on our last evening in Port de Pollenca. Our starters arrived before we had finished our bread and olives so we asked the waiter if the kitchen would hold the main until we had had chance to enjoy a glass of wine. Only about 5 minutes later... More

Appearance from the street might not immediately draw you in, however, GO IN! The menu is varied and fish freshly caught. With three small children they couldn't have been more accommodating, making homemade burgers and chicken tenders. Our 3 yr old enjoyed Cod fillet and chips that would have put many london restaurants to shame. We enjoyed john dory, tuna... More

Great food and service. Even the kids settled down when the food arrived. Very reasonable - €300 for eight including wine. Lovely hosts.

OMG. The lamb shank is to die for, we have it every time we come over. Great food, and friendly service, Tony the owner is such a character and looks after his diners. We have a drink in there most nights and have such a laugh with Tony and locals Lyn & Colin...Great great place.

Situated in a back street just off the main square in PP, if you want to try authentic Mallorquine food then look this place up. Yes the owner dos come across as a little loud and brusk, but I think that is just his manner, I certainely didn't get a feeling of him being unwelcoming or unfriendly. Being winter and... More

Visited this small restaurant on the recommendation of a local cyclist. Fab lunchtime meal after a long cycle ride. Able to sit outside to keep an eye on bikes (not great views, however!). 2x Menus of the Day - prompt service, well presented and good, simple local food. I do agree the service wasn't the most welcoming, but the good... More

The food was good but really disappointed as reviews painted a restaurant that served excellent food with great service, food no better than many other places in the Port the service wasn't particularly welcoming or friendly. I thought we had been missing out on something but would not return.

Very slightly out the way but well worth seeking out for top quality Mallorcan cuisine – we ate here 3 times on our holiday in September/October: Garlic Prawns, Fresh Tuna steak (perfectly cooked), Suckling Pig and Paella Negra – all fantastic. Great friendly service from Toni & his team. As mentioned in the previous review they offer a 3 course... More
