Uh oh...octopus!

We found this restaurant on a side visit to Finisterre (the end of land) and consider ourselves fortunate. Very comfortable clean place with attentive waiters. We ordered the grilled octopus...had never had it before and it was a bit of shock when it was put in front of us. It looked a bit... read more

We ordered the grilled octopus...had never had it before and it was a bit of shock when it was put in front of us. It looked a bit snakey. However, I cut my portion into... More

We had an amazing dinner in this restaurant. The 30€ seven-course menu is fantastic. The service was great also! Highly recommend!

The quality of the seafood here is excellent, fresh from the water. Also the mix of tastes are wonderful, new things to try, detailed selection of ingredients, local choices always. We really loved the food. However the service was not as warm and friendly as in the rest of Galicia, that is the only thing that could be better.

We arrived at Fisterra with no idea where to eat. After having lunch at a typical comedor, we called to make a reservation for dinner. Wise decision, as the restaurant was full after our call. What a fantastic dining experience. The 30€ seven-course menu is really worth it. Local fish and seafood, local vegetables and local wine. The smoked sardine... More

For the second year running I have celebrated my birthday at this restaurant. I fully agree with the comments from the other (positive) reviews. I´d like to add that the chef and his team are also friendly and make you feel at home. This year the menu included a great meat dish: simply lightly grilled beef strips with orujo de... More

O Fragon is a restaurant that really care about what they do. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and made every possible effort to make sure we had everything we needed. The chef is skilled and knows how to make good local produce shine, preparing simple, tasty dishes. The menu is well balanced overall, and the wine list is also interesting... More

Getting the number one spot on TA we figured O Fragón would be good, but this Michelin listed restaurant offered a phenomenal tasting menu for only 30€ and our expectations were far surpassed. The staff were flexible with us having our 16 month old baby with us, brought the food quickly and were extremely professional. The razor clams were particularly... More

Meal was excellent, service was cordial.. and portions were plenty. Don't believe the haters here who complain that meals are too small -- I really don't know how much those people eat, or what they're comparing the dishes with. Having read those reviews, we stuffed ourselves with bread and olive oil (which were amazing, by the way).. and ended up... More

We have been amazed by our varied dining experiences in Spain. By paying just a little bit more you can get such nice food, well worth the extra Euros. This delightful restaurant is a perfect example. A small menu but all freshly prepared and with excellent service. You cant go wrong if you have a meal here. Go along and... More
