it was a lovely place with fantastic fresh seafood. It moved temporarily to shirvan road but no longer exists. the site at shirvan road is under new management and there is minimal seafood.

Ever clever Dos Santos has landed on his feet as usual. He has brought the Dillons standard of good Tobago cooking to Watermill on Shirvan road. Good Job. It is very good

While staying at the most disgusting Coco Reef Resort in Tobago my sisters and I visisted Dillons. Its is the simplest most uneventful little roadway restaurant but it was great. The food was excellent, the service better than the usual island hostility and the prices were great. I would recomend the Dillon's salad; Crunchy and tasty with zest shrimps. The... More

I guess I could write about the great location or the nice atmosphere or the live entertainment on the weekends but why mince words. The food is the BEST thing about this place. Great seafood restaurant with excellent wine. Go on a Friday when the steel band is playing and sit outside.

Dillons is and old acquaintance but this time even better than some years ago. Still the same central location but they have made the menu more contemporary and focused on great seafood with some poultry dishes. Be sure to go for the crab-filled red snapper - it´s awesome!

We heard that this place was one of the best in Tobago. Didnt impress us that much, good service and good food but quite expensive compared to other resturants. So didnt make us wanna go there again. To make a reservation is good because its a popular place and gets full quick.
