Fun, relaxing outing

Engaging bartender helped us happily wait for our table to readied. He took us on a historical tour of the local rums and set us up with another expert for later tasting. Tuna overcooked.

Great service food was very good. It was a few minutes walk from our Hotel. I was surprised at how fast the food arrived. Excellent place for a romantic dinner or group of friends. Nice decor and very clean.

Very popular, busy every night. Menu didn't change much, other than catch of the day. Prices reasonable, presentation good, although my chicken was a bit on the dry side. Husband loved his lamb chops. Overlooking the pool, lovely outlook.

Brilliant food brilliant staff.Foods good a fair variety but cooked to perfection and not too expensive. Also they are prepared to mix up the menu to suit your likes. Nothing is too much trouble. Try it !

Like Kariwak, this restaurant is attached to a hotel so isn't the cheapest option in the area, however staff were friendly and the food had a local influence and was very tasty.

We stayed at the Toucan Inn and as a result ate at bonkers for over 5 of the 14 nights we stayed, overall a wonderful experience with superb staff (Troy, Cherry Anne and her family and the legendary KP) our highlight was Christmas day with a true Caribbean spin on Christmas Dinner, our disappointment was New Years eve with no... My husband and I decided to go, with a friend, to Bonkers during our anniversary weekend trip to Tobago. We were really excited when the taxi dropped us off at this hidden gem of a restaurant, as the live pan music played from inside. That was all an illusion. After waiting almost 2 minutes to be noticed at the entrance... More
