Tasty fare in the open air

I really like the open air ambiance of this place and the local cuisine is great. Don't be afraid...order the daily special. It'll be fresh local fish and delish. They also mix a mighty fine Tanqueray and tonic. The breakfast special was salt tuna, pumpkin, fresh bake and fresh fruit. It... read more

The waiter recommended a three course menu out of the menu. It was great; soup, blackened fish (swordfish) and ice cream. Delicious and the price, 125tt, was reasonable aswell. A good place to go to.

We had crab cake to start which were amazing. Mains were nice too. Good live music to accompany the meal. Service was efficient and friendly. Definitely worth a go.

We stayed in the toucan inn for two weeks and went one time to the bonkers restaurant. We had chicken and tuna steak. It was ok...but for me the main course was like a starter. If you like to take 3 course it might be a good choice but I was a little bit disappointed since the breakfast was better... More

The food was delicious (especially the Lamb and Mai Mai) worth every penny (affordable)!! We enjoyed the ambiance and the staff was quite friendly, catering to all our needs. The waiter (forgot his name) had so many riddles that we could not figure out since they were all made up by him which we eventually realized. All in all wonderful... More

We really enjoyed our breakfast choices, especially the morning specials! Most of the staff were friendly, especially KP who went out of his way to accommodate our needs. We will definately visit again.

Engaging bartender helped us happily wait for our table to readied. He took us on a historical tour of the local rums and set us up with another expert for later tasting. Tuna overcooked.

Great service food was very good. It was a few minutes walk from our Hotel. I was surprised at how fast the food arrived. Excellent place for a romantic dinner or group of friends. Nice decor and very clean.
