Best Restaurant in Hirafu!

Great food, great service, great atmosphere.... what more could you ask for? Oh yeah, great value. Sadly we only found this place on our second last day so only went there twice. We tried roast pork, pork cutlet and king crab ramen and all were amazing. The gyoza are also excellent and washed... read more

Tasty Ramen. Long wait during lunch hour. Can be as long as 60 mins. The staff was very good in handling the hungry crowd. Not a big place for the peak season skiers. Overall, It is a place for a tasty bowl of ramen.

Long wait (60mins) to get in at busy time which is not acceptable when we were advised 15-30mins. However once in the door, this basic little place, popular with local skiers delivers some tasty dishes. We had Edamame, Dumplings for starters and then the big bowls of famous ramen - enormous! The vegetable ramen is delicious and the jumbo ramen... More

Good value for money lunch with giant bowls and fresh ingredients at Tozanken after morning ski run. Variety of soup bases and wide menu means you can go again and again without getting bored. Sausages were good too!

We tried Tozanken in March this year and meant to write a review back then. I would have to say I love this place and we went there for lunch and sometimes dinner. The each day when one by one our friends joined us our table grew and we kept going back for more and more. The food was fresh,... More

This place is like heaven when you're crawling down the hill on Hirafu after a long day of shredding. They have all sorts of ramen here. You can expect typical ones to Hokkaido specialty ones. Why wouldn't you try this spot?

We had to wait in line for dinner at Tozanken and it was worth it! The lamb and vegetables and hot ramen dishes were very good but the best surprise was the tasty venison sausages! Fun and friendly staff at prices that are much lower than most restaurants in Hirafu - highly recommend this place.
