A Perfect Taste of Marche

If you have only one night to spend in Le Marche, this is a great choice-- not only do you get a stylish and charming setting that overlooks the city's main piazza, but you also get a carefully curated tasting of the best of the local wines and foods. There's no set menu, just a steady stream of... read more

We live here and we are not tourists - we know what fantastic meals you can eat here for under 20 euro a head. This place is very pretty but the food is really not worth what they charge - the bill was quite a shock as nowhere in the enoteca is there an indication of what they charge for... More

My wife and I ate lunch on September 26. Wow what a great meal. The waitress spoke a little English and was very accommodating our lack of Italian. There is only a set menu and for 20 Euros per person an excellent meal with lots of value. The anti pasta plate was 4 local meats - excellent. Followed by bruschetta... More

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. We had 'chefs special' - salad, breads, meats, desserts, cheese, wine - everything was delicious! You can see that the chef/owner takes pride in what he serves. Restaurant is set in a lovely location in the piazza del popolo and has a great atmosphere at night. Definite highlight of my trip to italy!

We visited here last year whilst at the night market and thought a return visit here in the day would be worth it this year. The biggest surprise was how quiet Fermo was on a Sunday afternoon. The restraint however was full. There is a small menu but the food is of excellent quality and well prepared . We started... More

Heavy rain made us pop in to this cosy place. They pay a lot of attention to the quality of the food. Exactly how we like it. Small portions from good standart. With a glass of well chosen wine. We started with a plate of formagio regionale together with fresh bread. The cheese was delicious specially together with a glass... More

if you like traditional food - choice of local cheeses and wine, chicken and rabbit - served in an exquisite, friendly atmosphere - do not miss this place, which is crowded by local people going in or out from the Teatro dell'Aquila or just hanging for aperitivo. In fact we wanted to drink something and leave but the smells nailed... More

went there with a few friends and just wanted some antipasta and beer. the beer was the most expensive in the area and teh antipasta was good , but not a lot. compared to other places in marche, this is a very expensive place and not worth going.

This little restaurant right at the historical main square of Fermo is a gem. Very knowledgable service recommends some of te best local wines. Simple, typical and local dishes, Nicely prepared - no nonsense, down to earth with class. Few but very nice dessert choices and the greatest grappi in town. Prices are reasonable. Quality of food and wine outstanding.... More

Delicious for lunch - we had a super light ricotta tortino followed by a chick pea zuppa - great care is taken with all the food offered, a real homemade treat. Good wine too. Nice position on the edge of the Piazza del Popolo, take your time and enjoy.
