Good atmosphere and very good food in a very good centrally positioned house with a good choice of real ale. The pub is a very old property that has been done up very sypathetically

Visited The Littleton for the first time last night - Saturday evening, the place was buzzing with drinkers and diners alike. We had booked for 8pm but had to wait for ages for someone to check our booking and show us to the table - but having said that, they were busy - however, it would have been nice if... More

Sunday evening meal was poor at £15.00 a head. Staff were pleasant and manager was sincre with her apology and to her credit deducted cost of main course. Good staff poor meal.

Just had a lovely meal at The Littleton Arms. Staying at local campsite and came across it by accident. Glad we did. Good food and friendly staff. Particularly helpful as we have two large dogs and this was not a problem. Would come again and recommend.

Large building with many outside tables plus numerous indoor nooks and crannies, but just a couple of waiting staff and only one behind the bar...no trouble getting a table though, and we collared staff to... We've been going to the Littleton for many years and really enjoy the food as it's not just the usual Pub offerings, but when visiting this last weekend we were very disappointed with both the welcome and the food served. We arrived just after 12 lunchtime and the book was quite busy, when looking for a menu as the staff... More

Called at the Littleton last night with high expectations after passing by many times. Ordered The Littleton Burger which didn't taste like beef and the soggy, triple-cooked chips were fried in stale fat. The same stale fat was used to fry the onion rings which were at added extra of £1. The two thin chorizo slices (again at an added... More

I am sorry you did not enjoy your burger, we now use a burger recipe that uses bone marrow for extra flavour so hopefully this issue has now been addressed. The oil is changed twice weekly and we pride ourselves on serving some of the best chips in the area, I am sorry we did not meet out very high... More
