Good food, just a teeny bit expensive. Had to wait a little while for it to be cooked. But to fair cooked to order. Nice restaurant. Enjoyed the visit and would return again. Staff friendly although not keen on the jeans myself but that's just me!!

Tried a few places to eat while staying in the area. Decided on the Littleton Arms and was very impressed with the friendly service, very good food indeed. So much so that we're going to eat there for the rest of our stay in Penkridge. Recommend the craft Ales and Beers too.

After trying many places in the general Stafford area I have finally found an awesome meal. The version loin was superb. Visited on a busy Friday night with the restaurant fully booked and ate in the bar. This was no problem and the service was great and I really enjoyed the visit. I will be back.

I know the owners would prefer to be referred for their fine dining, however I need to praise the variety and quality of their beers. How this place is not in Good Beer Guide?

This place has it all, good friendly staff, real ale in abundance, theres nearly always 3 on tap, if not 4 or 5 and the food is exceptional. I recommend the duck if your lucky enough to get booked in! Absolutely delicious!

We made an unplanned stop here during a day out nearby. We were pleasantly surprised by the tasty pub food: chicken pies, fish and chips, and gammon. Special mention goes to the scrumptious triple-cooked chips. The only criticism is that we were put in a front room which was very cold, so we needed to wear our winter gear while... More

Went for Sunday lunch today. I had Salt Beef Hash, it was ok. Then I had shoulder of lamb which was very tasty and extremely tender. My mother had the Sirloin beef which she liked. Some friends on a nearby table had the pheasant which they loved. I would happily return for another meal.

Had a bite for lunch in here on passing. Despite it not looking overly welcoming from outside, inside is perfect! We liked it that much we went back the next day for evening drinks.

We recently moved to the area and tried out The Littleton Arms on a Friday night and found the food to be above average for pub grub and the service was good. Its a nice place to eat, very modern inside and comfortably furnished but we felt it was rather expensive for pub food.
