Very friendly with excellent food. The wine and beer were very good quality and the prices reasonable.

This place was booked for a meal following a christening. Arrived to find that everyone had been crammed into one room. This was uncomfortable and if there had been an emergency dangerous. Mentioned it to a member of the waiting staff and nothing was done. I left and after a while telephoned to speak to the owner/manager. Told he was... More

Visited during a business trip. It's a great pub with a good atmosphere and plenty of history. In addition, there are live music nights and friendly staff. The menu is standard pub grub, with plenty of choice and the kitchen seemed flexible to specific requirements.

Rather than cook we decided to go for a meal. We decided on the Dufferin, somewhere we hadn't been in a couple of years. We discovered they do a special Mon to Thurs with a glass of wine. Thoroughly recommend.

Brilliant atmosphere, music and food. Weekend specials differ each weekend. Really delicious. Thanks for a great time. Best guiness in NIreland. Staff so friendly and helpful. Musicians and singers amazing.

Hugely disappointing visit. Food was awful. Steak was ridiculously small and thin. Better chips in McDonald's. Chicken was dry tasteless, rubbery, and the presentation was bland. Looked like a big orange lump. If you are in this area stop for a pint maybe. Don't eat. Drive onto Balloo House a few miles up the road where food is so much... More

Having written many reviews on my travels, both near and far, I thought I should give one of our local pubs a worth while mention.. We decided to visited the Dufferin Arms last weekend as we hadn't been there in awhile and as usual we weren't disappointed, the staff are always upbeat and friendly, the Guinness in my opinion is... We visited Killyleagh in the summer of 2014 and stayed nearby. This pub was highly recommended to us for its food and beer, atmosphere and welcome. We weren't left wanting either. The bar staff and locals were friendly and hospitable and the service and food were terrific. We'd love to return to Killyleagh one day and, if we do, we'll... More

I absolutely love this place for a bite to eat. The specials change on a daily basis and everything is cooked from fresh (which is really important to me). The seafood chowder is in a league of its own. Full of fresh fish and flavour. The staff are always so friendly and attentive. Keep doing what you're doing guys.
