This is a welcoming pub that offers great food at very reasonable prices. The food is of a much higher standard than that of any other local eateries.

Not far from the two premier inns in bamber bridge, it was a walk worth taking.Plenty of choice in the lager and ale department. Lovely food at a very good price. Despite the waitress was rushed off her feet as bar was busy, she remained pleasant and attentive throughout the evening.

Ye Olde Hob Inn is a grade II listed building situated in Bamber Bridge. Stood back from the main road, it is instantly recognisable by its thatched roof. The history of Ye Olde Hob Inn is particularly interesting none more so when in 1943 fighting broke out between American soldiers and the Military Police. Locals have come to know it... More

My husband had black pudding to start and I had salmon and cray fish cocktail. The starters were huge and my cocktail was full of fresh crisp salad and tasty seafood. The black pudding was... More
