Although it's several month ago we ate twice in this restaurant I am sure it's still worth visiting. The food was excellent and so were the wines. The staff was very friendly and ambitious. We visited Macerado during the week so it was not very crowdy. Against that we had some nice conversations, in english. In the weekends it can be very crowed. They are not the cheapest restaurant in Casablanca, but in our opinion highly recommended!

Unexpected find in Casablanca

The owner of our hotel in Casablanca recommended this place, and we couldn't t be happier. We tried the octopus appetizer, two different beef plates, and the crab ravioli, and closed out with the chocolate mousse. Our waitress recommended the Flaherty wine, a blend of three grapes, which was a... read more

Food is nice if not great, when you are on the terrace outside service is soooo slow. Food is okay chilean fare, fair but not to great. Pleasant environment. Friendly service. Decent wines, but no big winners here.

Very good food and excellent service. The place is not luxurious, but really nice and cosy. Many tourists, but local people also were there.

We stopped here during a wine tour (Wine Tours Valparaiso) and had a great lunch consisting of a great salad and a few appetisers. The salad was huge and a meal in itself! Several kinds of fresh lettuce right out of the garden, cheese squares, chicken .. .. .. great. And the best octopus that I've ever had!! The downside... More

we were directed here by the lovely Judith at Kingston Vineyards. Our intention was for quick ceviche, however sitting on the small wooden balcony under a sunshade protected from the thermal winds by a mass of Mediterranean coloured flowers and plants. Suddenly the hustle and bustle and the rush to get back to Santiago subsided. We kicked back and enjoyed... More

I had the macerado salad and loved it. Very fresh ingredients and lovely olive oil. We liked the oil so much we bought some to take home. The setting is in a beautiful home with flowers all around the house.

The lunch we had here was amazing. Everything is organic and the owner takes pride in his food and business. We had wine, apps, entrees, the whole nine. All was prepared perfectly and the ambiance was phenomenal. Would have gone back several times if we could have!

When visiting Casablanca , stop by for a delicious lunch with a great wine. " Fish of the day" and tiras de carne is a good beginning.
