Although it's several month ago we ate twice in this restaurant I am sure it's still worth visiting.
The food was excellent and so were the wines.
The staff was very friendly and ambitious.
We visited Macerado during the week so it was not very crowdy.
Against that we had some nice conversations, in english.
In the weekends it can be very crowed.
They are not the cheapest restaurant in Casablanca, but in our opinion highly recommended!

Great Food and Experience

We were looking for something special for Sunday lunch.... and we found it. What a delicious meal and service was excellent. The mushroom and vegetable chupes stood out as an appetizer and our main courses (fish, filet, pork ribs and pasta) were all so good that we just HAD to try a dessert each... read more

This was our lunch stop during the winery day tour. Summary: the setting was very nice, staff friendly, food was decent (but overpriced), and drinks were expensive (think downtown Santiago prices). We shared the ceviche and beef tartar for the table, and for entrees we had: rabbit, lamb, and pork ribs. Having come from La Serena we were all a... More

Besides the organic and locally produced aspects of the food (much from their own garden), this kitchen knows how to cook. The beef over polenta and the chocolate dessert were scrumptious. If you are heading to Casablanca, this is a must stop kind of place.

One of the best meals I have ever had. They were so friendly and accommodating. All food is fresh and vegetables are grown on site. You could stop here after your winery tours or go just for this place!

Our guide Cristian Blanco who is excellent took us here for lunch. We all thought is was one of the best meals and atmosphere we ever had. Every course he brought out was excellent along with all of the drinks. He explained every thing he served us. Great place! Would love to go back.

The food here was fantastico! Our driver recommended and he didn't lead us astray - we loved the cerrado and asado, what we ordered here. A memorable stop in Casablanca!

This place has a short menu, and actually all the options look great and taste as good as expected, but the service ruins the experience. The place is nice but the tables are small and uncomfortable if the table is full.

A nice place to have lunch in the middle of the vineyards. We enjoyed the location and some of the dishes. The fish was excellent? But the conejo quiz disapointing. Dry and savourless. Wine ok, nothing special. Service was good but a bit slow...had to wait nearly half hour our pisco sour

The restaurant is set in the heart of Casablanca valley, and serves excellent local food! We had tasty & well presented starters and mains! The steak dishes are perfectly prepared and the ceviche is the best in the region! The wine list includes also very good regional wines! We liked the restaurant so much we come back 2days in a... Macerado is a relatively small restaurant (no more than 10 tables) in the Valley of Casablanca. The food is very good, combinating very well flavors and textures. We tasted the octopus which was perfectly done, not something easy to do. Deserts were exceptional and we were recommended a Pinot Noir of a very small vineyard in the area which turned... More
