Le Cerf was a lovely experience. However, I'm not sure if it's worth its 2 michelin stars, because although the food was good, it lacked the "WOW" factor. It was however well-presented, with many great colors. I just felt the taste of each dish, especially the dessert, needed an extra oomph of flavor. I was very pleased with the cheese... More

This restaurant is definitively one of the best in Switzerland. The creativity of Carlo Cricci is expressed in a colorful and tasteful way in each and every courses. Most impressive is the way he always find to ensure the taste of each ingredient is well recognizable, while the overall marriage of each ingredient is simply fantastic. And while it is... More

Carlo Crisci is one of the best chef of Switzerland and the Vaud region. The research in the preparation of the plates is stunning from couteau de charentes maritimes, to Swiss veal or Atlantic fish. The 'dressage' is close to an oeuvre d'art ... We are close to perfect from eyes to taste buds! Service is quiete and professional, nice... More

Great "chefs" are always cooking the same food. Fois-gras,langoustines, hommard. Go at Cricci he's going to bring you in another planet, and even if he use luxury goods is always in a different way

Went there with my family to celebrate a birthday, and we had a truly great meal! Le Cerf has two Michelin stars, and Mr. Crisci fully deserves that. The dishes we had were just exquisite, very refined in taste. What struck me was that each plate had around 10-15 different ingredients! You need an army in the kitchen to do... More

This is the brasserie of Le Cerf the Mich ** of Crisci. We had a lunch here that was top quality and a great value. The entry, in the same corridor as Le Cerf is just to the side before you come to the main dining room. The brasserie is tiny, perhaps holding 20 people if full. Light decor, small... More

Lovely atmosphere, quality service and great food... Obviously not cheap, although the owner has another restaurant in the building where the food is cooked by the same team and the prices are more or less divided by two.

You have the choice between The restaurant (the pricey 2 stars) or the 'fleur de sel' which is more accessible and surprising at each dish. It starts with un-usual decoration and table set, room is a bit small so make sure you book before! You have choice between 1-3 starters, then main course, cheese And desert. Each dish is small...
