We visited this cafe on a Sunday on an unplanned stop and glad we did. We had been after a decent coffee and tea all weekend and this cafe didn't disappoint. The flat white coffee I ordered was creamy and properly made and the tea was good. It is a very family friendly cafe and appeared to be popular with... More

I've been here many times, it never fails to impress. The coffee, hot chocolate and tea pigs are all ways spot on. They do a lovely breakfast with locally sources produce. The cakes are scrummy, with mini cakes for mini tummies! The arts abd craft area is always buisy, so pre book. The staff are on hand to help out,... More

I visted Bean & Brush with my daughter (5) and we had a great morning. We arrived early and had some breakfast, there's a great selection. The sausage butty was great and the coffee decent too. The menu for lunch looked good and there are also homemade cakes and milkshakes for those with a sweet tooth. After eating we went... More

......that after seeking out fabulous local produce, the cooking lets it down. Today the bacon was cold and the scrambled egg was served as a solid, cold lump. Such a pity. There's a nice atmosphere and the toast was good but we won't be in a rush to go back.

Have visited a number of times, I often pop in for hot drink and cake while shopping in Sale and have been to the art studio with my toddler a few times - he loves it. Fantastic choice available and my 3 year old loves the home made pizzas. Have only ate there once and was a bacon sandwich which... More

I have been here twice in the last month. The first visit was for lunch with friends and our babies after a baby group! The good was lovely, good choice of cakes too! My second visit was for breakfast on a Sunday with my husband and baby. On this occasion it was just mediocre food. We both ordered a full... More

Mid-week was definitely the best choice as we easily found seats fro a good quality lunch (plus a glass of red fro me). Service was quick and unobtrusive and the children's pizza went down a storm as did out home made soup. we adjourned upstairs for some painting and had the place to ourselves. Very helpful support staff contributed to... More

I visited Bean and Brush with my 2 year old son and baby daughter for lunch. We found the staff to be very efficient, the menu offered a good selection and prices were okay. My son loved his pizza from the very good children's menu, but my 'fiery' veg chilli was unfortunately too hot for me to finish! Delicious coffee... More

I love supporting independents and it's easy in Sale, as we have the Bean & Brush! The coffee is lovely, the staff are some of the best I've come across, so the service is second to none and the menu is quirky when it comes to food - lots of different choices like hot cross buns, honey with maple syrup... Took my granchildren there. They decorated pottery ornaments etc. And made a trinket box also painted there own personal plates. They had to go in the Kiln before you can take them home, collected them later. Good fun! Had a lovely lunch and drink. Staff are friendly, polite and helful too!
