This is the first Bah-Kut-Teh franchise (I think) The first is in Centro Klang but now you can get it quite many places. Being Klang born and still stayed here after 50 years, i have my shares of bah-kut-teh. My opinion is that everyone here has their favorite. Pao Xiang is where you get good environment (air-con and all) in... More

There are many cooking styles of bah kut teh in Klang. From the traditional hokkien style of thick overcooked bkt to the one with clearer herbal soup with meat that are cooked just tender. Majority of outlets serve the latter and take the middle ground with regards to its herbal ingredients. Some taste more herbal than others with strong tong... More

Fantastic fragrance of Bak Kut Teh felt even when outside the premise. This is a promising trait. The soup is also original and has its own uniqueness, unlike some other shops which ain't even Bak Kut Teh to begin with.

I'm not a hard core fans of Bak Kut Teh, but I'm still able to recognize the very original taste of a real Bak Kut Teh. We were over here for our dinner. We decided to give it a try, it was because we realized this place was always so crowded especially during lunchtime, strongly believed it must be good... More

To be honest, the price is not cheap if compares to others. Its winning point is mainly on the environment / atmosphere. If you are looking for a comfortable place for Bah Kut Teh, then this is the place. I found that the restaurants are still using those bowls which have crack. It should not happen in this kind of... Pao Xiang has set up franchises in many top shopping complexes. But it does not mean they are the best!!! There are many better, but they need to be found in Klang and Pandamaran. Try " Mo sang Kor" and "Samy/Ah Her", both of which can be found in the mornings at Berkeley area and Pandamaran. But really Bah Kut... More

Ever since I discovered the shop in Glenmarie about two years ago, I have been frequenting it about once every fortnight. My favourite is the Sui Kut and I will eat it with the Yew Char Koay... so yummy! But recently I found that the soup is more diluted and doesn't taste as good as previously. I have stopped going... For the business travellers at Kuala Lumpur who do not want to brave the horrendous traffic to go to Klang this is a good outlet in the city - at the Pavillion Mall. It might be slightly more expensive than their Klang outlets but for the ambience and convenience it is worth it, especially if you are on expense account!... More

They serve the best BKT in town but sometimes the taste will diff.especially when they have a lot of people.and of course the price is a bit expensive compare to others.
