Good Food, Great Service

We all had Pasta, Calamari, Really good, our server was fantastic, very accommodating, checked in, but didn't hover. The Alfredo's are just okay, everything else is very good. BTW drop the onions, make alfredo with simple ingredients, stop messing it up.

Hello this is the first time I have ever written a negative review about any restaurant. My family and I went to Mangione for lunch on Family Day. There were 2 waitresses there for the restaurant and one had just arrived. Apparently they were short staffed. We had ordered our drinks and food and I asked one of the waitresses... More

My wife and I ate here on a Tuesday evening. We both had the Spaghetti Carbonara, and shared a bottle of Malbec. the food was fine, although not served very hot. Tasty and a decent sized portion. The wine was excellent, but charging $42 for a wine that can be bought for about $16, is s bit extortionate! Service was... More

My family and I have eaten at many places in the Village. As sushi/seafood lovers, Italian restaurants aren't usually at the top of our wish list. We ate at Magnone's this weekend and were lucky enough to have Bessie serving us. We had a large group - 4 adults and 4 kids under 7. Bessie was fast, friendly, and extremely... More

The service was so unacceptable at this joint. Unreal. We waited an hour for our starters and bread and our meals came after an hour and fifteen minutes. They tag an 18% gratuity on tables of 6 or more. We wouldn't have left $2.00 if we had a choice. The waiters and managers were so unaccomodating and so rude. After... More

The pasta was bland. Not worth the money. We ordered something carbonara -- I think it was spaghetti. The sauce had very little flavour and was pasty. The salad was nice, but tiny.

My daughter and I stopped in without a reservation and were seated politely at once. The caprese was bland, dull and lacked taste. The balsamic reduction was tasty. My daughter received lamb pasta but had ordered pizza. They quickly took the pasta away and she watched me eat my very yummy pasta bolognese. It could have been hotter. They weren't... More

Emily and Greta both provided my wife and I, and twin teenagers with excellent service. Our pastas were hot and very good. I had the Lobster Linguine which I was hesitant to order as I find Lobster often over cooked and rubbery. It was delicious. I have ordered the Carbonara in the past and it is one of my favorite....
